“I frequent this coffee shop because of the amazing coffee taste and quality. They also have a rewards program to earn free espresso, etc if you come often. I usually get their regular coffee but I have tried the cortadito and mocha. Both super good and not too sweet which I appreciate. They also sell chemex coffee filters! Latiné owned.“

“Quality of food and service were great. I started off with soup which was served in a plastic bowl. My main course was Ossobuco which was a $30 plus entree served on a plastic plate. Paying good money for nice food served on plastic made for a cheap feeling experience. I’ll go elsewhere.Parking: Parking is difficult to find and I had to pay for it once I found a spot.“

“Bonjour! We discovered that typically French bistro, hedging on bohemian design by pure luck strolling down the street. Curiosity enticed us to make a reservation a few days later. We were welcomed by a smily hostess & guided to our table. Having read the menu on the door, we pretty much knew what we would order, however our local guest had to peruse the menu. We decided to order a large charcuterie board while we were discussing the items. Promptly we were made aware of the daily specials. The charcuterie and cheese board was covered by some slices of salami that reminded me of the Jesus de Lyon, some. Good country style pâté, some deliciousProsciutto, three cheeses, a bleu d’Auvergne(may be fourme d’Ambert) some conté, and a less desirable brie looking cheese, and of course there were the north American accoutrements of jam, walnuts, raisins but no cornichon(bizarre!). A basket of acceptable sliced baguette did the trick. We shared the delicious appetizer special composed of « al dente »green asparagus and hot smoked trout filet well balanced with a vinaigrette. The red beet/goat cheese salad lacked some wholeness: the red wine dressing lacked acidity and it doesn’t help the beets now days have lost their dark colour and much of their flavour due to seed manipulation. (May be some chopped garlic and parsley would have been welcomed). The beef Bourguignon stole the show, excellent large piece of beef shoulder nicely slowly braised in the red wine sauce with mashed russet potatoes and baby carrots(didn’t notice the mushroom, lardons and pearl onions) the bouillabaisse… we are so far away from the Mediterranean Sea…it had to be reinvented and it was, I would have appreciated more than one kind of fish, the sliced insipid fennel(it has no taste when you cook it, that is not the fault of the chef, mind you, probably another manipulation from Monsanto) may be a few drop of pastis would have played the trick, and saffron, what saffron?? The only disappointment was the Muscovy duck leg confit, I couldn’t check the pedigree of that duck, but that scrawny leg might have been from a Mulard duck instead, the fat wasn’t crispy and the meat firm and dry (was there enough duck fat for the confit process?) We sampled the three desserts: crème brûlée, was good, probably made with half &half cream instead of the 35% cream and no vanilla beans, the chocolate mousse ,could have been more airy, the lemon tart, I would have liked more of a lemony punch, maybe by incorporating some lemon zest when you emulsify the cream.A wine bistro..It was indeed! A very well assembled wine list, moderatly priced, good selection of Bordeaux and Burgundy wineries and surprisingly a few Beaujolais(Morton, Fleury…) In all a good experience.A bientôt !“

I had a vegetable mix that I selected myself. It came out just a few minutes after we ordered. The ham & eggs were great, too. The ham was bone in and thick. This place is a hidden gem.“

The women that work here are All so sweet and always answer my questions about the beverage menu ( which I told myself I'd try every single one) and so far all good but I am loving their gingerbread caramel latte and tried the chocolate peppermint cookie today and omg it is sooo good! Peppermint flavor is just the perfect amount not overpowering, like the lady that helped me said I cannot believe it's Vegan. My kids love their chocolate chip cookies and we enjoy some of their sourdough every now and then! Great little gem in San Pedro.“

“Jennifer is the absolute best, I stumbled across this little hidden gem and I cannot say enough about the service I received from Jennifer. She let me and my co worker sample the drinks before deciding which one to get, and she makes the best organic Acai bowls. On the other note, we came back one day for lunch and I'm not sure what the lady name was that was there, she was so rude and we have not been back since. I wish Jennifer was there daily because I really loved the way her energy was and the way she made our bowl and drinks.“

“The food here is always fresh and delicious. Kudos to the cook! My favorite is any plate with polish sausage. It's cooked to perfection and perfectly paired with other ingredients. I prefer to come here in the morning because I've experienced some rudeness from the later servers. Also, they have a "sit where you like" policy, which on occasion I have experienced and witnessed to be detrimental. If you're not seen, you won't get served.“

“My boyfriend and I got four dishes to go. Yellow curry with chicken, beef spicy basil, duck, and vegetable cashew nut. Everything was delicious and tasted of great quality. They gave good potion sizes as well. The duck was some of the best duck I've had at a restaurant. The only critic would be that everything was a bit too salty which made it hard to finish everything. Aside from that, it was a delicious dinner!“

“I went to Iron City initially out of convenience as they as directly across the alley from me but have continued to go based on the quality of the food, drink and service. I have had wonderful interactions with the bartenders and servers, particularly Elise, Pistol & Trixie. Despite being busy, they don't rush me to make a decision (not my strong suit ) and always know my drink order (nothing to brag about ). It is the only bar/restaurant I have ever gone to by myself knowing I am among friends. The food is diverse and includes but is not limited to or typical "bar food"... something for everyone. They not only prepare an unseasoned chicken breast for my service dog, they cut it into bite size pieces for her and are extremely welcoming.“

Not only are their ingredients fresh and delicious, they put lots of thought into their brand. You see it in the title of each item on their menu to the music playing inside. My cousin and I really enjoyed our acai bowls. The small is such a great portion. I was also very satisfied and pleased with the flavor and quality of their ingredients. “I "luv" this place ... been goin' for years ... They keep it simple ... instead of "chasing" customers with a "laundry list" of different mediocre choices ... it offers the same selections continuously ... Ya know you're goin' to get ...* a hamburger that is fresh vs frozen* fresh fries vs. floating in oil which has been used over and over againdidn't know until recently that one can order the fries to be crispy with low salt ... "but I digress"Good food ... which meets my expectations every time "My kinda place"“
