“There is not much to say about a Starbucks in a grocery store. I can say it seems like they never have more than two people working. Well, at least in the mornings, that is. I like the people though. They are friendly and speedy nonetheless.“

“Excellent customer service!!! Had a few big orders twice a day due to working on a B-roll down the street. Everyone was extremely helpful and such a joy to interact with. The drinks were made on a timely manner, the store was very clean. Even the regular patrons were so nice. Kindness goes a long way, I was directing traffic on a private road, so I needed the wonderful smiles and cheerful conversation.“
“My experience with Starbucks is each location has it's own customer service approach. Some are without a doubt friendlier than others, while some just appear to take pride in their work. This location is close to home and while I'm not a coffee drinker, I order the strawberry acai with lemonade- venti and I buy several hundred dollars of gift cards each year for family and mostly clients. The Mother's Day and Father's Day gift cards are a big hit. On occasion, I'll have a barrista appear to push back on the amount of gift cards however the Carson store on Sepulveda Blvd seems to be people friendly and try to make my experience a good one.“
“There is always so many people in the shopping center so I always have to park by the Ralph’s and then walk over to the Starbucks. There is a large covered area for people to sit under where there’s about 15 small tables that you can sit at.“
“I go here every now and then and the service is mediocre or so I thought. I had an issue the other day and one of the workers whose name tag said Rico went out of his way to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and remade my drink correctly. It was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had from a Starbucks. I was on the fence about this location but not anymore“
“Stopped in to grab a few things and a drink, the girls behind the counter were really kind and also made the latte I've been trying to get that no other store in my town would make (a cinnamon caramel iced latte) and they gladly made it! I was really excited to say the least! It might just be a Starbucks but I really did appreciate them being able to make the drink“
“I Love coming here because it's down the street. Fast drive thru options with friendly staff.Vegetarian options: It's Starbucks. Coffee anyway you want including vegan and vegetarian style.Dietary restrictions: Different types of fat free options.Parking: Pretty decent number of spaces all the way down to the pizza place. Mainly it's drive through only at the Starbucks but sometimes the pickup window outside is available.Kid-friendliness: It's Starbucks so it's kid and dog friendly.“
“Out of all the Starbucks in the San Pedro area, this one does the best medicine ball! But, avoid going Sunday mornings when the barista with the blue hair is there. She's the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional personal I've ever dealt with. I should have called corporate, but... whatever!“
