Happened to be in the building around lunch time so we decided to eat here. I ordered a Vietnamese salad and hubby ordered a tri-tip sandwich. My salad was very bland and the sauce did not go with the dish. Sandwich and chips were really good and cooked perfectly. Lots of places to sit down either outside or inside.
Bishop Farms can best be described as "healthy bland". It's good for you, but is either unseasoned or never seasoned quite right.Generally I enjoy the plain and filling meals, but now I usually ask for no sauce - because let me tell you, that sauce is never balanced and never goes with the food. I'm shocked at how good this place was. It's tucked in by the Bishop Ranch Lake, at the "Roundhouse". I've walked by many times, but finally came to try today! It's always very busy inside around lunchtime, as employees are on their lunch breaks. Cool that regular passerby can dine in/to go too!
