“Creative menu, all house made ingredients except pepperoni. Best pizza where special attention is given to create the most amazing crust in both flavor and texture. The dough is fermented for two days. To maintain the crispy crust at the table, it is delivered to the table with a screen insert between the pizza and the pizza pan. No other restaurant that I know of goes to that extent to maintain quality. Creative ingredients are offered such as the creamy garlic sauce. Creative salads such as their Tiffany Salad: Baby kale, maple-Dijon vinaigrette oven roasted butternut squash, 6-minute egg, applewood bacon, blue cheese Creative nibblers such as their South Indian Deviled Eggs: Lime Pickle, Chaat Masala, Chickpea Crisps, Cilantro The interior is warm and inviting along with Friendly and helpful staff. The owner is very knowledgeable about beers bringing 24 local craft beers to the offering as well as beer pairing recommendations. There is a lounge which is available for parties. Great for any special occasion. Catering off site is offered with years of experience in catering having been a successful Executive Chef at a large estate with several culinary venues, concerts, catering, restaurant, grill at golf course and more. The owner brings a creative flare in menu design and recipes. Special attention to detail and professionalism and personality.”

This was my first time at Bober Tea and Coffee, and I really enjoyed it! I ordered the Taro Latte and Mango Green Tea – both were so refreshing and full of flavor. The taro latte was creamy and comforting, while the mango green tea was light, fruity, and just the right amount of sweet.

The staff ( Jatinder) was friendly, the service was quick, and the overall vibe of the place was cozy and welcoming. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more drinks. Great first impression!”

We could see the chefs carefully crafting the boat while we enjoyed some of their appetizers. Food and service was amazing!! Their island q is the best on the mainland and I recommend trying it all since I don’t have a favorite. You can see the passion and love that this family puts towards sharing a little bit of their heritage through their food with all of us. “Had occasion to have lunch here recently. Good news, they offer luncheon-specials even on weekends. Food itself is good. I had the mongolian chicken luncheon/$l3.00. The pork fried rice had very few pieces of pork in it but it was tasty. The chicken was hot/taste but the sauce was a bit sweet [a little different than I'm used to for any mongolian creation]. Portions were large, I didn't finish. My only real negative was, the whole dish was luke warm, not hot/temperature. As I was the only [early] diner in the place, I suspect the food was pre-cooked/made and just warmed to serve or wasn't wok'd long enough. The appetizer/fried wonton/2 pcs, was also warm, as was the sweet sauce over it. The food would have tasted SO much 'better' if it was cooked just a bit more [I even some raw onions in the chicken]. I'll return, just to see if the food is normally served hot.......”

No drive-thru is a bit less convenient and they don't have as much customization but you get more food for the price and the charbroil flavor if you just want their standard burgers. They have peppers too, and mushroom is an option. I did have an order that omitted a paid extra (portobello on a portobello mushroom burger) in all of the many visits.

Also, they have Dr. Pepper if you're a fan.”
