Look, I get it. There's a new guy... he's being trained. But it's Saturday night! I ordered a pizza for carry out. 30 minutes later (after waiting ten in line) I'm told the new guy is being taught to make a stuffed crust pizza. I blame the owners of this franchise! This place is awful for customer service and cannot be trusted. I called and ordered a pizza and was told there is a state of California service fee for all food businesses in California (Untrue). The service fee was $1.40 on a $14.99 order so a little over 9%. When I went to pick up my pizza they have a sign up that says due to the high cost of doing business in California they are charging a service fee.
