I have been here a few times before and it's always delicious buuuuttttt I thought id bring my mom here to truly test the authenticity of the Birria.. she makes the best birria hand down!!! We ordered the classic Birria plate and an order of queso birria tacos along with 2 jamaicas. I first started coming to La Super Birria few years ago with recommendations from fellow Yelpers. Since then whenever I'm nearby I make an effort to stop by for Tradicional Classica. It is always delicious!! Fresh and warm tortillas, birria with consome, and fresh onions, cilantro, and lemons!! I do remember it being spicier and miss that very much.
