“We had a larger party of approximately 9 to 12 and we were over at a different restaurant that had an hour and a half wait. We quickly checked online and found this restaurant which didn't have a very long wait and moved over To I Heart Pancakes. They were able to accommodate us in a timely manner, the food was good, and reasonable as well since this is a central point for our family we will use this restaurant again“
“In town visiting for the Disney marathon and this place is super popular but also really good food! Service is great, a bit understaffed tho so wait times can be a bit longer but overall the wait isn’t too bad. Good came out hot and delicious!“

Went outside to have some coffee and water afterwards and enjoy the sun and felt very comfortable despite the speeding cars and traffic zooming by. Great patio space. Recommend for lunchtime with co workers and friends when rushed.“
“Our waitress was Sandra, she was very friendly, attentive, explained some dishes from the menu, and took our order in a timely manner. Our food was very delicious and warm when it got to our table, food took about 10-15 min to arrive, which I find ok because it was busy, but my shake did take longer than expected. Overall, I will be coming back. Service, atmosphere, and food were very good.“
