“Even though I am scared to death of Chucky, I decided to face my fear and try this food truck. I had to have their specialty (and namesake), the shrimp, which was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Also tried the fish taco, which was great, although a little expensive. Service was fast - there wasn't a line, but the food was prepared rapidly. I see that they have a variety of other things, and some customization, including the ability to choose the meat of your choice (or choose vegetarian). Long live Chucky! (And I did not have any evil doll come to life nightmares after eating here).“
“When I tell you my order was gone within 10minutes, I mean it. Who ever prepared my order on 04/04/2023 between the hours of 9:00PM-9:20PM deserves a raise! My favorite items were the Vietnamese steak and eggs (super tender meat and flavorful sauce) and the Cajun seafood platter (tender crawfish, shrimp, clams, and mussels). The $4 extra for live/fresh seafood is totally worth it. The seafood platter comes with delicious bread, which was perfect when dipped in the sauce! The crispy calamari was delicious (batter wasn’t too thick). The hot stone pho was average. I personally didn’t notice a significant difference between pho in a hot stone bowl vs regular pho. My bf loved the garlic noodles, but I thought it needed more flavor. All the items we got I would probably give 5/5 stars except for the pho and the garlic noodles, which I would give 3/5 stars“
“Just left the Salem Oregon location. It was so much better than what I was expecting. It’s not been open long so they’re still working out the kinks with servers and all that. But the bag o seafood was SPOT ON. It was all so good. I’m sure the longer it’s open the service kinks will be worked out. But it’s certainly very good food. Everything was delicious.“

“I’ve eaten here a few times on my Disney trips. I usually get the Monte Cristo sandwich because it’s so yummy! So I can’t say much about other items. Big enough to share.The fries are delicious and beignets are always a treat!Service is good.There’s a few gluten free options my sister likes, you can get the monte cristo sandwich gluten free but they need 24 hours in advance so if you get a reservation make sure to let them know if you’re wanting this dish.“
“My favorite go-to crawfish spot, crawfish is always fresh and super delicious with their butter garlic sauce. I always get their combo which let's you select 3lbs of either shrimp, Mussels, clams, and crawfish. You can mix and match them to your desire.“
“I love this place and it’s boiling pots. I’ve tried the shrimp, crawfish, crab, king crab and clams. All delicious with medium whole sha-bang sauce and a side of corn and potato. Can’t be beat with a cold beer and good company. The spicy of the sauces can be modified for those that like it spicy or not. Also if you don’t like to get your hands dirty you can ask for some gloves, definitely a must if you have an infant and want to be able to feed them at any point.“

The seasoning on everything was wonderful. Lance, our server was friendly and personable! As someone who walks in with (unfortunately) a list of food allergens he walked me through what I should consider and recommended his favorite item for my boyfriend (and it was FANTASTIC!) The red headed bartender was also super funny and cheerful and checked in to confirm that my spicy margarita was spicy enough. “This is my family's first time eating at this restaurant. We've been to boiling crab and such other places but Hot N Juicy Crawfish by far is my best experience yet. Service was absolutely tremendous and the food were great. We don't have to wait that long unless you order a lot of delicious food hehe. My only concern is when you order a second time, the sauces didn't cover through every part of the food. However, it was still amazingly flavorful. I totally recommend this restaurant if you prefer eating Seafood Boil.“
