Placed an online order for catering and my driver cancelled the delivery.. thankfully one of the employees (Ashley) was kind enough to help me out by delivering it herself. HUGE lifesaver since it was for my staff and was not able to pick up myself.

People here are rude, every single time I come here, I ended up with unpleasant experience because of the bad service. People here are inpatient and not trying to help! They gave attitude. One time I ordered salads on drive through, they didn’t give me forks and no napkins, and they even didn’t bother to ask if I needed it. When I came back to ask and they showed the California law and gave me attitude, yes you don’t have to give forks and napkins, but come on you’re a restaurant, supposedly you want to make your clients happy and enjoy your foods and service, so they want I come back again, but they make zero efforts on that! Avoid this location!

Really bad the service is poor,the guy that was in charge has bad attitude,he gave me the wrong order.and ítem were missing!I love pollo loco but not this location.
I was on a time crunch since I only have 30 min to get lunch and I went through the drive thru and there was no wait. I was greeted by a wonderful and kind young lady named Ashley. She provided a welcoming atmosphere and it was a pleasure to have her service. She was helpful and fast paced and got me through the drive thru in under 8 min. Thank you Ashley you’re a wonderful worker!

I came out of the restroom and I could hear a female employee laughing at the top of her lungs and my friend was walking out with our food and he looked mad. When I asked him what happened he told me he had a complaint about the chicken being dry and when asked to speak with the manager the cook came out and said he was the manager (even though his tag said cook). He told my friend that there's nothing he could do cause all the chickens the same and that lady started laughing rudely.

I am a frequent customer of Pollo Loco but this place surprised me. It wasn't chicken. It was a sparrow. It lacked development. I think it wasn't worth the $13 I paid. There are many of these places with excellent service and friendliness.

I love el pollo loco BUT THIS SPECIFIC ONE was the absolute best one I've ever been too. The chicken was oh so perfect. The sauces just seemed out of this worldly. It is a bit farther from my house but I might go to this one from now on since it was just on a whole other level of perfection.
