no bad, I asked for a burrito without spice and obviously they didn’t hear and I got spice and had to drink 5 water bottle don’t buy the workers obviously don’t know how to listen. I got this order 3 times without spice and it comes good but this time they don’t know how to listen.

I ordered a double chicken avocado salad (with no chicken cause I'm vegetarian) through Door Dash and they forgot the avocado ): Called to address it and they said I could bring it back so they could add avocado and if i didn't want to do that then there's nothing they could do. But what's the point of paying for delivery if i have to go back to get my order fixed. ):

I love Pollo Loco's food, but this specific location is just terrible sometimes :( They mess up my order almost every time, and I'm such a picky eater that I just end up not eating it at all. The service from some of the girls is also just awful which sucks because they're all so pretty like just be nice :( Wish I could have better experiences here :(

Come in for lunch n the employees r awesome fast service I didn't know which quesadilla to order n the pic told me the poblano quesadillas was one of the best seller and I took the poblano and it was delicious

I visited our local Pollo Loco (located in Santa Ana, off Bristol street. Store number 5327) restaurant today and was shocked at how great the staff handled an issue. As I was pulling into the drive thru, someone with road rage approached my car and was trying to yell at me and my kids. I was in the middle of ordering and this man was going off. We didn't engage and couldn't even hear him because our windows were up, and i was literally ordering. In the middle of my order, the PL employee, named Shawn (Dé Shawn) asked me to give him a minute. I said sure. Next thing I know, Shawn and his coworker, Victor, come to the drive thru. The asked me if we were okay and if there was something going on. I told them what happened, and they asked if we were ok and if the guy was still there. I told them he had already driven away. They kept looking around making sure the guy didn't come back, then went back in and finished taking my order. This was SO COURAGEOUS of them!! I felt like they were really concerned about our safety. I would really like for them to be recognized for their actions.

I ordered a two piece meal breast and a wing and when I got home, I noticed the breast wasn't a breast and the wing was burnt and size of a pigeon wing. Went back and "Manager" had no customer service skills horrible place never go there again.
