I was acknowledged by the staff ...I received fast & friendly service ...& most importantly, my sandwich was made RIGHT. This is now my go to Subway when on this side of Santa Ana. - Great Job

Had the foot long tuna on Italian herb & cheese bread. Fast & quick service. Lady working all be was very attentive. She was friendly. I almost ordered on the app so it would be ready when I got there, but clearly no need. By the time it took me to figure the app out, my order in person was much faster. I like that. I did scan the app though to get my points, the nice lady said, you have reward points, would you like yo use them? I said sure thing, thanks for letting me know....read full review

Today I paid $10 for a sandwich I will not be eating. I come here often but unfortunately this will probably be the last time. Most of the employees are very friendly and fun to chat with while creating my lunchtime masterpiece .....but a new employee today not only made my sandwich completely wrong but then snapped at me with a "so, what do you want!?"
