I was acknowledged by the staff ...I received fast & friendly service ...& most importantly, my sandwich was made RIGHT. This is now my go to Subway when on this side of Santa Ana. - Great Job

Had the foot long tuna on Italian herb & cheese bread. Fast & quick service. Lady working all be was very attentive. She was friendly. I almost ordered on the app so it would be ready when I got there, but clearly no need. By the time it took me to figure the app out, my order in person was much faster. I like that. I did scan the app though to get my points, the nice lady said, you have reward points, would you like yo use them? I said sure thing, thanks for letting me know. Definitely will be back to this location!!! Keep up the customer service

The Subway is run by the rudest manager is the whole damn world, as well as employing rude AF employees. Not only does Victoria argue that the Supreme Meats sub cannot be purchased with a coupon (even though the sandwich IS NOT mentioned in the excluded section of the coupon AND CAN be scanned in when checking out) and will argue in front of the whole place when asking to switch out the pepperoni for salami as the pepperoni is too strong to me on a sandwich (that meat is overwhelming, it takes over the entire sandwich & it consumes most of the taste). If a customer asks to switch something out & picks the lowest meat option there is, what difference will 3 more slices make? Nada, zip, really not much at all. And the manager then acts like it's going to carve out a huge chunk of his wallet, claiming he is so knowledgeable about "25 years in the sandwich business" yada yada yada... My family's been serving restaurant food since the 40's. Do the little bit more, make a customer happy and they bring in more customers. Piss off a customer and they wrote a scathing review like this. Avoid this location like the plague. Give it a wide birth, as the employees and the manager wouldn't know customer service and customer appreciation if it sat on their face like a Howard Stern listener on a speaker (look it up, it was a happy moment for that radio listener). If I could give them 1 less star I would.

Today I paid $10 for a sandwich I will not be eating. I come here often but unfortunately this will probably be the last time. Most of the employees are very friendly and fun to chat with while creating my lunchtime masterpiece .....but a new employee today not only made my sandwich completely wrong but then snapped at me with a "so, what do you want!?" I understand you might be having a crap day.....but guess what, so was I. After being screamed at, hung up on and a car pulled a hit and run...The only thing I wanted was my subway sandwich, the way I want it. But instead I got a crap sandwich with a side of serious attitude....,that I got to pay for. I ended up giving the sandwich to a coworker.....like Mikey, he'll eat anything

There's this gay kid named Diego there that is absolutely rude, can't even talk English and basically threw the sandwich at me after I paid which knocked down my cup on the ground and he didn't have nothing to say about it, not even an apology smh. So i just picked it up and got my drink and left. I advice the manager to show him costumer service or at least to not have the cara de amargado he had the whole time thinking he's so cool. Show your customers some respect.

Sje put 4 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, and little lettuce and spinach. I was like really? Everytime I go there no matter what meet I get they put so little veggies. I also ordered a Ft Long ham and the lady charged me almost $11 dollars for a regular meat sandwich.

Went to this location on Aug 30 before 9 pm and the doors were locked and the employee inside just shook her head. The sign said open ... terrible customer service
