The food was good But the service is not good, I ordered 2 burgers only nothing else and the cashier took my order right away but when arrive to Window it took 30min to open the window to charge me, and she didn't even said Hi, sorry for the wait or something, for me 32 min. for 2 burgers is a long time.

Went to this location yesterday with my family and not only did they forget my brother's order but they failed to let us know that their shake machine was out of service so we spent a good 40 minutes waiting for an order that was never going to come. If it weren't for us asking about it, they would've never told us that the shake machine was broken. The girl at the front was either new or just lacks communication and social skills. When I asked for a fountain drink cup, she just looked at me and looked away awkwardly. Overall I don't recommend this location at all, better off going to Tustin's or Irvine's location better!

This chain is one of my favorite burger joints. The Charburgers are nice sized and jam packed with flavor. I absolutely love the caramelized grilled onions. Along with one of the most filling, flavorful and well priced burger, they also offer chicken sandwiches, fish, veggie burgers, vegan patties, and salads. Lots of great sides too. And don't forget to get the app. They'll have occasional deals and discounts for app members.

Like the rest of the habits the food is always really good but this location got some flaws one they take extraordinarily long for the food and two the parking is terrible they got less than 10 parking spaces and most of them are reserved for pickup

Ate here last nightThis morning woke up with horrible food poisoning that’s lasted all daySo much pain and was vomiting at work, it’s that bad.I’ve eaten here a bunch of times and it’s never happened. But I don’t think I’ll come back to this location and risk what I’m going through happening again.
