Baker's Village is my favorite Korean bakery in the South Bay, with a wide variety of high quality baked goods. They sell the best soboro in the area, where the peanut crumble and the bread itself are both delicious. Their sesame bread and twist donuts are my other favorite items. In fact, I have yet to find another bakery that sells better sesame bread. The service is fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Pretty okay baked goods here. They remind me a lot of the ones found at the bakery section of Korean grocery store Mega Mart in Sunnyvale. Soft and light bakery items here (a lot of them being sponge-cake-based) but most of the ones that I tried were leaning towards becoming stale. Felt particularly a bit bamboozled about the banana cake being simply a vanilla sponge cake that just so happens to be banana shaped lol. Cute lil bakery section inside hankook supermarket. The sweet lady gave me an extra curry croquet bun with my purchase! The green bean bun, curry croquets, and milk bread was all yummy.
