“MONDAY FOOD REVIEW...PUESTO...6/17/24! After leaving California's Great America, we stopped for lunch at Puesto, a Mexican/American restaurant, located at 2752 Augustine Dr., in Santa Clara. This restaurant features Mexican dishes with an American flare infusion! I had their their Shrimp a la Plancha, which is Mexican shrimp, garlic butter, red onions, jalapeños, guajillo chile, avocado, and Tamarindo-chile sauce, and it comes with herb lime rice, black beans, and blue corn tortillas. This was absolutely fabulous!!! It wasn't your typical Mexican dish...the different ingredients they used to create this dish all blended together VERY well!!! If you are looking for a little something different to satisfy your Mexican food craving, and want some added flair, then this is THE restaurant to go to!!! I HIGHLY recommend it!!!! My rating: 10++++”
“Food was decently priced and really well flavored! Warming some things are pretty spicy. I'd recommend the Spicy Couples Delight (cold beef appetizer). Service was speedy and attentive. There were a lot of large families eating here. Love Szechuan cuisine so I'll be back!”
“Unique hot pot restaurant in Santa Clara, located in a shopping plaza off of El Camino Real. The menu has a lot of traditional Chinese food items such as chicken feet, pig ears, duck wings, gizzards, and duck heads. Not for the first timer, but definitely a tasty place for connoisseurs of Chinese clay pot (note: not the same as hot pot). Staff was super efficient and attentive. Plenty of parking in the free parking lot.”
“This is the best chicken karage curry that I've every had. You get a ton of food for the money. Chicken is super crispy and served over sticky rice. Curry in a separate container and some pickled veg on the side. Really balanced curry flavor (not too sweet, not too spicy). This makes for a really nice take-out dinner!”
“Restaurant Gish offers a unique dining experience with a focus on Korean fusion cuisine. The menu is prix fixe and seasonally driven, blending modern Korean flavors with contemporary American touches. We appreciate the meticulous attention to detail, both in the food presentation and the attentive, non-intrusive service. The ambiance is cozy and relaxed, with light background music, making it a great choice for a romantic evening.
All the dishes were so delicious and I would love to come back every month when they change the seasonal menu! Such a treat and we loved chatting with Stan, Ray, Areum, and Ben!
It's definitely worth a visit! We will be back very soon.”

“Thoughtful gluten free options which are so hard to find. Clean, well run. Insane dessert crepe w Nutella and a ton of fresh fruit. Never would have known it wasn’t gluten-full. Berry smoothie w oat milk too, ‘cause we’re gluttonous. Highly recommend!”

“The service is outstanding, the broth is.. understated (don't drown the meat in a separate flavor), and the sauces/accessory items are god-tier. I've never even had soft serve ice cream this good. Not a single ice crystal in the ice cream!
Get the Sukiyaki broth. Spicy miso would seem like the most flavorful, but our group agreed Sukiyaki is better. Want spicy? Grab the infinite Thai chilis at the bar and add to the soup.
Also ponzu-garlic-onion is the best sauce. Fight me! Raw egg (pasteurized) is crazy good too if the flavors get too overwhelming.
I didn't even talk about the meats! Yeah wagyu is great, oyster is great, crab is meh, shrimp (sashimi and platter) is whoah, abalone isn't my thing (it's just all natural fish cake?). Bone marrow was surprisingly not my favorite for a first time experience.
Membership pays for itself after two visits. Get it!”

“Just went here for lunch with a group of friends and it was outstanding! The food was superb, the owners/servers super friendly, and the space is very airy and inviting for such a small restaurant. One of my friends ordered almost everything on the menu for the table, and there wasn’t a bad bite on the table. Standouts included the falafel, lamb shawarma, whole fried cauliflower, and the mansaf. Tea and baklava were also delectable. I’m super excited to come back and try the few remaining things on the menu I didn’t get to sample!”
“It was not just the food which is delicious btw, but the experience that you get by visiting this small restaurant. They have small Bosnian antique corner which holds many stories. You can just feel the love they have for their food and culture. Staff and owner were extremely friendly . I highly recommend”

“Love when you can see and taste the quality!! ??✨
@taichipotshabu is hands down the BEST authentic Japanese shabu shabu in the Bay Area. Just look at the marbling on the meat and the richness of the broths. The best part, it’s AYCE! Service is amazing and they really make it feel like you’re having a comforting meal at home.”
“Was trying to decide where to go for my birthday as we always go out for my birthday or special occasion and get prime rib we’ve been to Sundance, Alexander’s and the house of prime however, never been to Birks so we decided to give it a try… we are so glad we did it by far is the best prime rib that we’ve had at all the places so far it’s got such a unique smoky flavour to it from them cooking it over mesquite, cedar and almond wood… are you prime rib lovers? If yes you have to give this place a try and I believe they even have prime rib specials on Monday. The other items that we really enjoyed was the brussels sprouts and creamed spinach… I don’t normally do cream spinach however theres was amazing. I will be coming back just for those along with the melt in your mouth prime rib. When you go to yelp review Birk’s is a little further down the list, but coming from a guy who knows prime rib it should be towards the top of the list when it comes to prime rib in the Bay Area…
Parking: Parking around back there is all kinds of parking and it’s free and it has a security robot to keep an eye on things with cameras”
“This place has been on our radar for a while and we finally made it in on a Sunday right when they opened at 4 PM. We were literally the first ones through the door and right away, we knew we were in good hands.
The first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the place was. The second was Paul. I believe he’s the manager and honestly, he made the whole experience memorable. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us like we were regulars and not first-timers. Even though we’ve done Mongolian BBQ before, he still walked us through everything with genuine energy. You can tell he truly cares that every customer has a great meal.
It’s rare these days to find someone who takes that kind of pride in their role. Paul clearly loves what he does and it shows in every interaction.
As for the food, it’s exactly what you want from a Mongolian BBQ spot. Fresh, crisp vegetables, quality meats, and a setup where you build your own bowl exactly how you like it. What stood out right away was how clean the food bar was. Everything looked fresh and well-maintained.
The sauce station is tucked along the back wall, and again, Paul was right there to offer some pro tips. He explained that the sauces are a little lighter in consistency, and that’s intentional. It gives you the flexibility to load up on flavor while still allowing the heat to steam the meat and crisp the vegetables properly. And yes, it definitely worked. The bowl came out perfect.
The cooks were fast, friendly, and focused. No long waits. They’ve clearly got the process down. After your food is cooked, there’s a small station with extra toppings like sesame seeds and additional sauces. Soy sauce is already waiting at your table, which was a nice touch.
We went for a second round, and once again Paul came by to check in and encourage us to change up our mix a bit. That little suggestion made the second round even better than the first. We also grabbed a few egg rolls. They were hot, golden, and full of flavor. Definitely worth adding on.
To finish, we had to try the soft serve. Let me just say, this was not your typical filler ice cream. It was creamy, smooth, and actually tasted like real vanilla. You could tell it wasn’t the cheap kind that comes out of a giant bulk machine. It was the perfect way to end the meal.
For a restaurant that’s been around over 40 years, it’s incredible how fresh and well-run everything still feels. Between the food quality, the clean environment, and the genuine hospitality, we left full and happy.
We’ll definitely be back. If you’re reading this, don’t think twice because Su’s Mongolian Barbeque is really a gem that actually lives up to the hype! Now Go!!!”

“8.1/10
Had the bbq burger with a brioche bun, onions, bacon, and cheese. Bun is nice and soft. Bacon doesn't have any crisp to it and a little chewy. The meat isn't anything spectacular. The texture of the fries is too soft for my liking but are decent.
Burgers are about $15 each and dont come with fries.
They claim to be the highest rated burger in California but I'm not sure about that hype. I'd rate it worse than Red Robin, Super Duper, and Shake Shack.
Overall not a bad burger spot. But it's not something worth going completely out of your way to try.”

“Best peruvian food ive ever had, I come here at least twice a month for their Pescado a la Chevillana (yellow chili fried white fish) and love it every time.
Their lomo saldato and Pescado a la plancha are great and refreshing too, as is their paella”

“What a bright and beautifully classy entrance and open bar seating. My server was Matt and his assistant was John. They were very attentive, providing excellent and professional service. I ordered the fillet-medium. I was surprised that it was very dry when chewing it but definitely cooked perfectly. No juice was dripping from the steak. The lobster tail ended up getting cold and no butter was served with it. The scallops..the highlight of plate cooked perfect and flavorful. The Mac-n-Cheese was amazing! Ohhh and the brownie was great too ! I will return in hopes that the steak quality has improved.”
“Service was fast, skewers were good, and grilled bone marrow was great! BUT, grilled fish was meh. IDK why it says in the menu grilled when it's clearly fried placed on a stew tray with warmer at the bottom, also expensiv its $24.99 for a half fried tilapia on stew.”
“Outstanding Indian Cuisine - Truly Authentic!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Indian restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The food was incredibly authentic, and I was particularly impressed with the butter chicken and naan. Both dishes were absolutely amazing, bursting with rich flavors and perfectly cooked.
The service here is unparalleled. It felt like I was dining at home, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They made sure my food was hot, served promptly, and checked on me multiple times throughout my meal. It was truly the best service I’ve ever experienced.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a genuine Indian dining experience. The prices are also very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food and service you receive.
One suggestion for fellow patrons: if you’re considering ordering the bread basket, be aware that it takes some time to prepare. As a result, some of the breads might not be as fresh as if you order them individually.
Overall, this restaurant is a gem, and I can’t wait to return!

“This is a reallly wholesome, family-run Indian vegetarian restaurant. For $18, they have a very tasty all you can eat buffet. They bring to your table some fresh made chapati too. There is a delicious lemon pudding for dessert and also always fresh fruit. If you want some good home cooking, this is the place.”
“Great shareable appetizers, excellent selection of salads, sandwiches and burgers for lunch. Fresh ingredients, flavorful and well executed. Good selection of craft beers, house-made juices and condime ts for fun cocktails and cocktails. Definitely would recommend stopping here for a bite!”
“BB Brewing delivers craft beer that’s so good, it could turn a teetotaler into a hophead. I particularly enjoyed the flights—each beer was a delightful journey for the taste buds. The key lime pie beer was like sipping on a Florida vacation, minus the sunburn.
The atmosphere was perfect for chilling out and pretending you don’t have responsibilities waiting at home. However, here’s a pro tip: avoid sitting next to the bathroom. While the beer was fruity, the air had a certain… earthy undertone. Let’s just say it added a unique complexity to the experience, but not in the way I wanted.
All in all, it is worth the visit—just pick your seat wisely and maybe bring a scented candle, just in case. Cheers!”
“The service attitude here is great. I like the drinks very much. It feels very magical, like a magic potion🥰”

“I enjoyed my meal and was happy with the service. Everything done by the employees was done well. What was not that great was the temperature in the lobby. There was noA/C and the lobby was uncomfortably warm. Also, there were wet floor signs left of perpetually dry floors. They should be put away. The doors were quite dirty with smears all over the glass. The service was good. The food was extremely fresh and tasty.Toobad the lobby was a heat box.”

“the pandan drink is 10/10. if you like pandan flavor, you'll love this drink
corn drink was unique. slightly savory but an interesting sweet flavor that's creamy.
will be back to try the tamarind drink
owner/operators were also very friendly and seemed passionate about their craft.”
“Ulavacharu Tiffins is hands down one of my favorite places for authentic South Indian flavors! They have different branches around the Bay Area, making it so convenient to enjoy their amazing food wherever you are. But the absolute highlight for me is their coffee—rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection. It’s like a comforting hug in a cup! The staff is friendly, the ambiance is welcoming, and the variety of dishes never disappoints. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. I’m in love with their coffee!”

“This is my go to place for jjajangmyeon. The noodle is always fresh and the sauce is perfect. Big portions as well. I have yet to try other dishes. It is always busy and has long waits on the weekend so come early. No reservations. It's first come, first serve. Good for families and friends. Kid friendly place too. The only gripe is that parking lot is small not a lot of parking space once it is full.”
“TabarakAllah the food here was just like HOME!! It was so delicious I can’t wait to go back again. You know it’s authentic when you see all the Auntie’s working hard to cook the food for everyone. You get a lot of food for a great price!! Definitely a great place to eat!”
“I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years, hands down the best yogurt in Santa Clara county, the staff is usually friendly, except one guy. The biggest downfall is that we should be able to try a couple flavors to see what we like and don’t like before purchasing, I have purchased a couple times where I ended up throwing away my $9 yogurt because it didn’t taste right to me, had I been able to sample first I would’ve known not to purchase that flavor. Please allow samples again…..at least give a limit of 2 free ones, you’re not losing money by allowing a small sample Thanks for the Carbolite options they are a life saver on my healthy lifestyle goals”

“Perfection! Cero made our dream wedding cake a reality! As a couple we love almond torte and we found the perfect baker to make our almond torte wedding cake! Not only was the cake DELICIOUS, but also beautifully decorated and personalized with a figurine of our pup! He was also able to make snickerdoodle and red velvet cupcakes for our big day. Highly recommend Cake Expressions for your next event! Thank you, Cero!!”
“Thank you all so much for the delicious pizza (ordered with DoorDash around 11pm on a Sunday evening)…
I’ve been at the Veterinary Emergency Group since this afternoon as my dog is under care for pneumonia…so I didn’t have dinner.
Your pizzas were so YUMMY and amazing (18” Big Sur and 18” Manresa) and a great way to show my appreciation for the veterinary staff.
Will definitely order in the future!”
“A popular Korean BBQ restaurant that has been around for many years in the Koreatown of Santa Clara. They have four sets of menu for 2-4 people. The waitress would ask you to pick out the meats as soon as you enter the door before you sit down at the table. Our waitress recommended brisket, pork belly, bulgogi (sliced beef), and galbi (beef short ribs), as well as the steamed egg for the kids. We also added a spicy BBQ chicken. The brisket and pork belly were a bit dry but still pretty tasty; the bulgogi tasted a bit too sweet; the galbi and the spicy BBQ chicken were the best. You can dip the meats in four different kinds of sauces (fermented bean sauce, soy sauce, spicy sauce, and sesame oil). Their side dishes were all very good. The set also cane with a seafood pancake and kimchi fried rice or plain rice. There was a lot of food for the set. We barely finished everything. Service was very efficient.”
“Solid Korean pub-style food with all your usual favorites like seafood pancake, tteokbokki, and fried chicken! We also had the skewers and pork bulgogi bowl, nothing disappointed.
Although the chestnut makgeolli was sold out, we tried the melon flavor instead and it was really nice! Think they added some fresh aloe in there and I love when places do this so it’s not just the same as a bottle I could buy from the market. And I especially love when it comes in the urns or teapots that make it feel more authentic or like something you would find in Korea. The little touches like this is fun!
The service was really fast. You order from the table tablets which was convenient.”
“Much delish! The seafood tofu soup was heart warming and paired so well with the mixed brown rice. The seafood pancake was perfectly crispy and the sauce with it was sweet and tangy, absolutely mouthwatering. The banchan was so generous and the service was so friendly! Would hope to come again!”
“First time here, and I very much enjoyed the experience! There's complementary tea and nuts to munch on if you dine in. The brisket noodles also came with a broth that gave the dish a refined deconstructed Chinese ramen vibe with a delicate flavour. The service and portions were superb, and I look forward to coming back!”

“Our first time here and everything was delicious! We had the garlic edamame, salmon express and the spicy tails rolls and the salmon with lemon dill nigiri. So good!”

“Jamba is my go-to for healthy treats. I always get the Vanilla Blue Sky bowl or smoothie. I’m diabetic and this works for me, (my fellow diabetics reading this, please don’t take this as a snack suggestion, we are all different); but without the granola, it doesn’t spike my blood sugar. Anyway, service here is fast, and friendly, with lots of sunshine.😄 The items on the menu are customizable, and that’s a good thing if you know what you want. The food and smoothies are good, healthy, tasty options if you’re looking for something different to sate some craving or in case of munchies.😜 This branch is located in a strip mall, so there’s plenty of parking; be aware though that this area is busy most of the time. Other than that, this Jamba branch is my favorite location, for smoothies, and because of the staff; they’re the ones who add that ingredient of sunshine even on a gray, damp day.✌️”
“Highly highly recommend Erik's DeliCafe in Santa Clara on Kiely Blvd. I ordered 15 sandwiches for a family gathering (socially distanced of course!) the day before and Nicho and his crew got every single one right and ready on time for me to pick up for lunch. Everyone was happy with their delicious sandwiches! I will order from them again and I encourage others to do so too, you won't be disappointed! 😀”
“This is a charming little place that serves fantastic food, all freshly prepared and full of flavor. I highly recommend the Chapli Kabab and Kabuli Pulao. The chef took a few minutes to go over our orders, discussing each dish and our preferences, then took his time to prepare and serve everything. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to visit with friends and family.”
“Best Korean Chinese restaurant in San Jose in my mind. Must try Kkanpung beef, along with seafood nurungji stew, sweet and sour pork. The combination fried rice is also marvelous. All their dishes are great.”
“Very delicious food. Be careful though, as it can hard to share many of their noodle dishes which are kind of splashy. Also they can be a bit too spicy without warning.”

“Quality, fresh variety of raw sashimi. The Omasake Sashimi, Kaisen Don, and Golden Hand Roll options are showstoppers!”
“The food was amazing. The service was also great (Tyler served us)”
“Food ok.
Good energetic atmosphere
Long waiting list, especially during weekends
Dietary restrictions: Food mostly sweet
Parking: Small parking lot. Need waiting.”
“Fantastic menu. I enjoyed eating and my 2 daughters as well. Great place to celebrate life milestones.”
“The food is delicious, the staff is kind, and karaoke
I love the machine. Highly recommended
Delicious food, friendly, and karaoke
I really like the machine. Highly recommended.”
“visited at 6pm, was quiet and calm.
Very relaxing atmosphere (with a 'river', fish and plants inside), sushi were in a perfect size and very good.
Miso soup and ice cream were great.”

“Mio Vicino is a Santa Clara institution. Consistently great food. Friendly atmosphere. It’s a Perry family go to place for sure! 😎👍🏼”
“They have several gluten free options. Food and service were excellent!”
“We had their spicy topokki, clam soup, seafood pancake, grilled squid and fried whole chicken. Every dish was done well, impressed with their seafood pancake, crispy outside and moist inside. Perfectly seasoned. They don't provide banchan at the table. Slight disappointment.”
“We've come to the age where we value quality over quantity when it comes to food; gone are the days of overstuffing ourselves at AYCE locations. As a result, we're always in search of new restaurants where the food really hits the spot and leaves us feeling satisfied. One of my friends recommended Baekjeong, as it was his favorite and go-to kbbq spot in the bay area. I was able to book a same-day reservation for our party of 6, and we ordered 2 large beef combos. The staff cooks the meat for you, and provides around 6 banchans and 2 salad types. Our server was Risa, who was super friendly and attentive, and we felt right at home with her. She kept everything running smoothly and made us feel so welcome. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Since then, many days have passed, but I'll have moments where I think back and crave the food we had at Baekjeong. I'm always looking forward to the next time I can come back.
Additional notes: Free wifi is available. Restaurant is on the exterior of Valley Fair mall. Parking is by the Stevens Creek parking garage with a short walk through the mall; most of the parking directly in front is only for the bank. Entrance is on the first floor, but restaurant is on the second floor with both stairs and elevator access. There usually is a host downstairs at the entrance to admit you, and you wait in the waiting room upstairs. They give a free soda to designated drivers!”
“Food are always exquisite and lot of selection. Staff members are friendly and nice.
I enjoy very much !!!
5 stars.
Parking: On the street or restaurant has free parking lot”
“First time I ate in this restaurant was in 1997. This restaurant has been here for real long time 😁😁
I liked their varieties, quite nice taste. Service is friendly, just the restaurant light is kind of dark 🕶️🕶️.
Overall, enjoyed for the past many many years. 😊 😊”
“The tamalesis must have and must try! The best corn tamales I ever had in my entire life❤️”
“We had a delicious meal in the back area. Not too crowded so not as noisy. A varied menu so everyone was happy. The service was impeccable. The outdoor patio will be great in the summer.”
“This place is great. Staff are awesome, food was authentic, and portions large. I would bring my Korean friends here. Def recommend for a comfy, authentic dinner with friends.
Parking: Pretty small lot with a lot of businesses sharing but street parking isn’t bad.”
“The food wasn't bad and was delicious. The staff were friendly and took good care of each and every detail. However, the restaurant is a bit expensive, so considering the price, it is not good value for money. I think the taste is a bit disappointing considering the price. Still, it was a nice atmosphere to take my boss with me and there was a room, so it was okay.”
“Great food, amazing service, but this place has stools with no back instead of proper chairs. I think it is common across HiroNori locations. Not a bad thing, but might get uncomfortable for some.
Vegetarian options: They have a vegan ramen”
“We recently hosted a Diwali gathering at Banquet Hall at Brundavan, and it was a wonderful experience! The food was exceptional specially nizami handi and biryani. They had a variety of options to choose from. A special mention to Mr. Raju, and kirthi who truly made the entire event seamless from booking to end. Overall was a great time.”
“We booked a large group meeting (20 people) that grew to 28 people. The team handled the change quickly and we never really had any delays. I felt bad that the server didn't have much help but she did a great job and I really appreciated her hard work. Food was good as always, especially the steak skewers appetizers. Many got the large steak and said it was so good. Thanks for allowing us to have our group dinner there - we had a great time and look forward to the next time!”
“Very authentic flavors, reminded me of the times I ate at the ryoutei style restaurants in Japan! サーモンハラスの塩焼き - Grilled salmon belly 生うどん - Fresh udon noodle soup ユズ香る茶碗蒸し - Egg custard with yuzu with crab sauce on top イイダコの唐揚げ - Deep fried mini octopus”
“Great food, nice outdoor seating and good people, they serve you with a smile.. i like that.. 👍👍”
“Rude and abusive owner, poor quality food, bad location, disgusting on the inside, slow service. There is better sushi at gas stations these days.”
“This is no doubt the best Korean rice roll you can find in South Bay. Other dishes are good but not as memorable. I would skip Japchae as it is on the saltier side. Took off one star because their service is terrible. The waitress seems unhappy all the time. They don’t welcome small kids unless they can sit and eat like adults. You cannot wait inside for take out if you have small kids with you.”
“Absolutely fantastic food and excellent service. We celebrated our Birthdays tonight, and the staff is amazing. Love their salmon sashimi and megura. Kyiv roll and honey walnut rolls were also delicious!”
“The overall experience was great. The drinks were amazing and food were good . I highly recommend this place with confidence! ❤️😊”
“Very nice Korean place, we enjoyed so much the delicious barbecue, and the sides were excellent. Fantastic food, quite affordable. A great table for a great dinner with friends”
“It's an amazing and conducive place.. i like all the foods very delicious and affordable price.. so, to all people out there try it!!”
“Food was top notch! Went there for my wife’s birthday and it was soo soo good! Had soya chap and one of the vegetable gravy. The vegetable gravy was so good. Its hard to get compliment from Indian parents for Indian food in usa! Parents loved it too! Chin chin and other cocktail were on lighter side of alcohol but overall it was a delight! Pan Kulfi presentation was amazing! Basil paratha was good too!
Only suggestion would be to please expand on vegetarian menu if you can! Very less options!”
“What an amazing find of a Korean restaurant! I've been craving marinated shrimp and crab since coming back from a Korea trip and was happy to hear this restaurant had it on their menu.
We ordered their beef tartar, braised mackerel, and the marinated crab rice bowl combo (with marinated shrimp), as well as a bottle of Sang makgeolli. The portions were larger than expected, and all the food was delicious! The makgeolli was great as well.
The ambiance inside is very bright and modern. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Service was fast. Overall, great experience and would definitely come back to try other items on their menu.”
“Pretty average hotel. Giving it 4 stars given it included breakfast and happy hour. The bartenders and omlette maker were excellent and friendly. Other breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled to be there but overall went about their tasks and kept out of guests way. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the layout was quite awkward being right next to the stairwell. The room felt cramped and the bathroom small to maneuver in. Not sure if all rooms were that way but I'd suggest a different room. The hotel was reasonably close to some restaurants and easy enough to get around the area. Overall not a bad stay.”
“Nice restaurant with yummy galbi jjim. The banchan was also solid and the soup is rich and full of beef flavor. Solid experience. The wait can be kind of long and I wish there was more than just 3 banchan to choose from, but otherwise, good restaurant!”
“The place was very busy, but our server was upbeat, helpful and altogether wonderful. The meats were great (huge prime rib was a good value) and the side condiments and soups were great. I highly recommend.
Dietary restrictions: If gluten free, get the un-sauced meats in BBQ and avoid soups. But there will be plenty other food/meat to enjoy.”

This place opens till late and the staff were very friendly. We (Taiwanese) were the only table who were not Koreans. Food was okay, the pineapple soju was really nice!
Food portions are big but taste is average
I highly recommend ordering pineapple soju or watermelon soju. Share it with everyone.
There will also be some fairy sticks on top, which looks very cute when photographed.
- There is a fried pork belly dish which is very delicious.
M6: Pork Belly Garlic- Jalapeño Stir-Fry
It cost $140 for the two of us to eat
We were the only table at the table with non-Korean people.
The other six tables, large and small, are all Koreans.
The clerk was very friendly and even treated us to raw shrimp in soy sauce!”
“This is a truly great Thai restaurant. My family likes everything about it. We have eaten there many times over that years. I just had a bowl of Tom Kha soup with jasmine rice and it was superb. Dress is casual. Highly recommended!”
“Their Golden Monkey is an absolutely stunning black tea - truly head and shoulders above the others I've tried.
I look forward to trying the coffee”
“Nice to hang out with my friends after a round of 9 holes. Good drinks and tasty food.”
“Good burger, beer wine sparkling selection on tap, and efficient service on a Wed afternoon. Double patty burger prepared per order was delicious and selection of 20 beverages on tap along with high table and lounge seating make for a great place to either have a few drinks on your own or with friends. Beer flight, Wine flight, and on-tap Cocktails available as well and the convenience of a Whole Foods market a few steps away make this a great stop and WF store.”
“Still the best samgyetang in Bay Area. I've been coming to this place when I am craving for ginseng chicken soup (samgyetang). Portion enough for 2 meals for me. This place was packed during lunch time. The basic sam gyetang cost $27 plus tax plus tips. So be aware before dining here. Only has one server an elderly man who serve the whole restaurant, probably to keep it open as rent is expensive. But service is fast, no need to wait too long. In and out in 30-40 minutes if you are dining in. Don't compare to samgyetang in Seoul in price or quality as the airfare ticket cost way more than $35 ?”
“We ordered take-out for a group of eight - and everything was wonderful. We selected options from the “Bulk” menu: baby back ribs, cole slaw, potato salad, corn muffins. The portions were perfect - more food than we expected. The prices are very reasonable. No plastic containers, just compostable cardboard.
Highly recommended!”
“Small, minimalist Korean BBQ restaurant, located in a poorly designed plaza in Santa Clara. Meat quality is decent, but you have to cook on a small propane-powered surface that allows a lot of meat grease to be splattered on your small table, so don’t wear nice clothes to eat there. The parking lot is very small, and I would recommend street parking instead, as many food delivery drivers make it a nightmarish parking lot experience.”
“It’s always a good time when you come with friends. The food and atmosphere make it 10x better. I can’t wait to have kids and bring them here, but in the mean time …. CHEERS !!!!”
“This place deserves a higher rating! It's easily as good as Udon Mugizo. The sukiyaki pasta was fantastic as was the risotto. The atmosphere is very charming.”
“love everything about it. The food was amazing and the drinks”
“This sushi restaurant inside the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara is pretty good. We enjoyed the sashimi and sushi, and we were also able to order off the main lobby bar/restaurant menu too. 🤙🏼🤙🏼”
“Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and quiet with nice balconies”
“Highly recommended, I enjoyed the food and hospitality. Look fwd to taking friends and family here. 4300 Great America pkwy Santa Clara new local spot to eat”
“I’ve visited this place twice and tried the Ssam bap for two (with pork and squid) both times. The food was overall flavorful without being overpowering, and the banchan was well-balanced—not too salty. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of vegetables (Ssam) they provided. Looking forward to trying other dishes as well!”
“Very delicious Korean food - our go to spot. If you order the noodles, rice, or meat dishes, it can be enough for two people. The stone bowl bibimbap is my favorite here, I order with tofu and vegetables. Many side dishes provided. The Korean bbq meats can be a bit expensive. Like every Korean bbq, you have to order two meat dishes, which can come out to at least $100 bucks. That’s a bit much on my end, but my wife says the meat quality is fantastic. The service is fantastic - the ladies always do a great job here. We keep coming back with friends.”
“The food here is phenomenal...! By far the best Indian place I have ever been.”
“I recently went for a team dinner. They took care of my Jain Diet. Although they had limited options for that but I was glad that I got at least something. Very good presentation and service.”
“Loved the Bangkok Tempura and Tom Kha Mixed Vegetables Soup—both were delicious! The Dushita House Fried Rice was tasty too. However, the spice level was much higher than expected (even at medium), and the Basil Tofu & Mixed Vegetables and Sweet & Sour Basa Filets had way too much capsicum, overpowering other flavors. The fish dish had only two small pieces with loads of capsicum.
Service was friendly, and the place had a simple Thai vibe. Expect a 20-minute wait and limited parking.”
“Fantastic sushi and service. I had a sashimi platter and ate alll of it because it’s yummy and also had sake because it’s yummy. Mmmmmm sushi mmmmmmm!!! I love sushi. I also had sake to drink because it’s yummy.’mmmmm !!!! I love it yummy sushi did also having the yummy sushi!”
“Love the food! Casual and friendly atmosphere Drinks are reasonable Varieties of food selection”
“Best pork belly korean bbq in town, Thick and juicy, especially the way they bbq for you at the table guarantees the pork will be cooked to its best taste. The spicy seafood soup goes very well with the bbq. The bbq that makes you think of once a while in few weeks”

“I love bingsoo. You can never go wrong with fruit ones!
Parking can be difficult but if you don't park too close, it's not bad. The wait is long to order (there is two ordering kiosk or a cashier for takeout) and to get your order; but there's a decent amount of tables so you'll most likely get one to sit at to wait unless it's super crowded.”
