I've looked all over for a meal prep service that has easy to calculate macros that stay consistent across dishes. This one is the best. The ingredients are very simple, but the food tastes great! The owner is fantastic too--really good service.If you're trying to hit macros and don't want the constant hassle of food prep, this is the easy solution. Also good for supplementing a few meals per week if you're busy, but trying to eat healthy.
