Not one of the better Jack-in-the-box locations. They made us wait at three counter for several minutes while the workers were hanging around. When we got to order we got the impression we were inconveniencing them. Food was meh, too. This is a location we won't visit again.

This is a very nice little dive bar in japantown. It's quiet in the daytime. A lot of fun tonight. In the summer the patio is amazing. It's definitely worth checking out. And if you're single, it's not so bad.

I just had a misunderstanding with the staff over there, the staff was asking to check the order on my phone but I told them I ordered it from home and that I have the order number to verify, they could not understand at first but eventually understood. Over the process they have been very courteous, so the experience has been positive.

This is the worst Jack-in-box in the world!!!!! That make you pay for one packet of ranch AND they tax you on it!!! What the hell??!!! I've never heard of anything like this. They're always either out of ice or out of soda. It's always so hot in there. Worst customer service ever. I will not be going back. I'd rather drive 15 minutes to have better service and food. I'm only putting one star because it doesn't let me put negative zero.

One of the worst service teams of the Jack brand in the local area. Consistently rude employees who would rather text on their phones while you are waiting to order (or pickup your order) while you're the only one in line. They really need to replace their customer-facing employees!
Ordered a bunch of food & asked for 1 ranch and he asked to swipe my card AGAIN and make me pay for sauce. I’ve never had to pay for sauce at Jack In the box ever. Had to repeat myself for everything I ordered even though it was quiet

I had no problems with this place except customer service. I came here to order the a Snoop Dogg meal through a drive through, and I couldn’t understand what the f__k that women was telling me. Half the time she was just blurting random bulls__t and when I told her I didn’t understand she repeated the exact same thing. I somehow got my order through, and in the end, guess what? No brownie, no taco, just a god damn cheeseburger and fries. Definitely not what I had in mind when I was ordering the food. The food itself was not bad, but it wasn’t what I wanted. Please put someone there that can actually fu___ing understand and speak proper English.
