Well I went in and ordered a BBQ beef sandwich, I was told that was discontinued 20 years ago! What a trip. Got a philly cheese and eh....it wasnt the best I had...or even close to wanting to order it

I was craving for a turkey sandwich with some veggies. For some reason or another, we don't have too many options for sandwich shops. I stumbled into Togo's. Leo gave me great customer service and he made my sandwich nice and neat with a smile. I appreciate good service from small chains when I received it bc it's not common. Thanks, Leo.

Honestly, one of the best parts of this visit was the woman who helped us, Cheryl (?) I think. She was an extraordinary advocate for Santa Clara. Oh and the food was really good as well!

Went in for lunch today. Today has been a tough day (unusual for a Friday) So I went in alittle out of it and frustrated. The lady that made my sandwich must of sensed it (older lady that spoke about how excited she was to see her grandkids this weekend) and she engaged me in conversation. Just simple , but much needed conversation. Her kindness was very genuine and is the reason I needed to write this. Thank you so much!As for the Sando (Regular Hot #7) everything was great. The veggies were very fresh and crisp! I will definitely be returning to this location. Keep up the great work.

I ordered online through the Togo's app. The best thing about our meal was the chips. I ordered my hot pastrami on sourdough bread, they made it on dutch crunch. The dutch crunch wasn't crunchy and the pastrami wasn't hot. I also ordered the broccoli cheese soup. It wasn't even warm, just room temperature. The person behind the counter wasn't friendly at all. Thee only thing he said was "name?", no greeting , no thank you, nothing. He barely even looked up. Very disappointing. I'll never go to this location again.

Ordered takeout online, took longer than expected but the guys behind the counter were very communicative and apologetic about it. I liked that they had all the doors open, lets fresh air in and made me more at ease about covid stuff. sandwiches are the same quality as always. Isn't that why we like Togo's?!Parking: Tons of parking in back.

I ordered from this location through UberEats. Paid $25 including tip. NEVER received my food OR a refund. UBER Eats refused. So I basically donated $22 to these crooks and $3 tip to the driver that never delivered my food.Because UBEREATS wants to be cheap and crooks and steal my money for food that I NEVER received I will make sure people know which businesses affiliate themselves with these crooks and who are CROOKS themselves.I will never go to this location again. Period.

The Togo's at this location is right behind my house. Super convenient. The sandwiches are usually large portioned and great. But the older White lady needs to be better with sanitary procedures. Not taking off her gloves after touching her hair, the phone, a pen etc is gross. I don't want her making my sandwiches. The one time I slipped up and she made it, I had a stomach ache afterwards. Do better.
