The rice cake itself seems fine, not dangerous to health. However, the quality and color of the rice cake is relatively lower than normal condition. Especially very disappointed for the edible color materials, which doesn't look tasty and the color of the rice cake is very old-style. Didn't interact with the owners so wouldn't know about that - but I just tried the rice cakes and they're really good!! Nice to know there are Korean bakeries like this in the Bay Area.
