“I don't understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I mostly get stuff from the drive through and have nothing to complain about. Food has been timely, fresh and good (especially for cheap and quick fast food). The service has also been well above average. Kudos to the staff and management. Don't get discouraged by these other negative reviews. I get food there about every 2 weeks and thank you for having to deal with these self entitled clowns while providing great service and value at a "give it to me now" pace.“

“I'm visiting family this week, and this is the closest Popeyes - so when fried chicken cravings hit, I made a stop.This SCV location is clean, roomy, and nice. All the workers acknowledged my presence, said hello, and asked if I'd been helped.As I was finalizing my App order, the manager on duty (I believe her name is Tasha) was very nice, professional, and helpful.Great customer service overall.My chicken & coleslaw were delicious, per usual. “Don’t sleep on this place it is actually my all time fav hot chicken. Had to charge my car behind the restaurant and took a chance on a spicy sandwich and employee offers to deliver it to your vehicle while you wait at the Tesla charging station. MUST order house sauce for 50¢ and waffle fries. SO so good!“

“Scrumptious Korean fried chicken! Located inside the Galleria food court. I highly recommend ordering ahead of time if you can. They fry the chicken to order and can take 10-15 minutes. I do my grocery shopping, tuck my cart somewhere, order at the food court, then checkout my groceries and put away in my car. By the time I get back, the chicken is almost great for pick up! The soy garlic is my favorite. They get the chicken glass shatteringly crispy. FYI, they do NOT serve the chicken sandwiches in WAFFLES anymore, just in brioche buns. Not bad, but the waffles were what distinguished them. Only getting the chicken from now on. Opt for the pink radish side dishes! They're the best to eat with the chicken.“
“Visited from out of state. Never heard of this place. Son and I both ordered chicken sandwiches - one Nashville and one Buffalo. Both were cooked perfectly, tender, and a lot of flavor. The fries were also fresh and just right.It was go good, we returned another day for more goodness. But the chicken on that 2nd visit was not so tender/good. So there is some consistency issue.However, service is consistently awesome.“
