Service is not consistent. But one thing for sure they are consistent is they take a while for the food to be serve to customers and they are consistent with it. I asked the servers multiple times about when the food is gonna be serve and just forgot to give a specific time. We didnt even ordered a complex menu. Just simple chicken and pancakes and some desserts and a platter but boy oh boy theyre gonna make you wait

FIREEEEE SPOT I love ihop but this is my favorite ihop spot, there's this one dude I LOVE THAT GUY. This dude would check up on us n everything. It was pretty late but he still was working hard I love I hop. The bathroom there was supa clean and nice. I ate the chicken sandwich it was hella bomb. I want to go again, this place started my ihop addiction ?????
I know this is an IHOP, so we had zero expectations to begin with, but this was truly an awful experience. Our waitress was extremely unprofessional, and over half of our orders were incorrectly fulfilled. It was particularly upsetting because my 88 year old grandmother and 99 year old grandfather came out for this breakfast. The food wasn’t great at all which is to be expected at IHOP, but the poor service may have made it that much worse, and the dishes seemed noticeably worse than usual. Avoid if possible.

Seven of us came in together in Saturday night. Elan was the only server that evening. He did a great job accommodating all of us. He was friendly, accommodating, respectful and efficient. He also was concurrently able to deal with a hostile customer while maintaining his respectful, helpful attitude.

The server was nice and friendly, but the food quality was horrible. I had to keep returning food and drinks that weren't prepared well. I didn't get the kids eat free deal, but I guess that was because I returned a dish I didn't like for a different meal.
