The service is terrible in this place today I had to witness bad service towards a customer, from Karla M approximately around 4:40 and 4:30 2/25/2024 the customer was ordering his food, and told him that he wanted three of the same , but the cashier asked him if he wanted rice and chaumi, and the customer did not understand him, and instead of explaining he just yelled at him and the customer became desperate and he just told him that he wanted three of the same, but the cashier Karla M did not have the answer. patience or the way to explain better to the client and he ended up getting upset with him and told him that he would not sell him the food, it really made me very helpless because it was not difficult for him to explain a little better to the client and not get angry, and not giving him the food, it makes me very sad that we find these types of people who believe that we all have the same capacity to understand very bad service. I think that this cashier Karla M should have a little more empathy towards others and humility because why not? The clients also eat and that's where their pay comes from. How sad and angry to see that these types of people like Karla M exist.

Horrible! I showed up at 8pm and they close at 9:30pm and they didn't have anything. I asked for more fried rice and they didn't want to make more. Chicken was over cooked and food smelled really burnt.

I want to give a shout out to Jackie at this location. I rarely receive actual customer service from any business anymore, everything is so automated, and she delivered on service. The app sent my order twice to the store and she called me when the second one came through after I already picked up my order. They didn't automatically fill it. I was able to get my second order a few days later without any problems. I appreciate the effort, extra mile, and thought put into what is going on at this location. Thank you. I will continue to be a regular customer and recommend it to others.

Service is terrible employee don't want to work. Rep didn't want to make any fresh food. Said it would take to long. He convinced me to go get food from a different restaurant.

Sadly this one is kind of hit or miss. Their food will be good and fresh one time and the next bland or it's been sitting out too long.
Waited for a " fresh" batch of beef and broccoli as an entree. There was literally 3 small pieces of beef.

They need to train these teenagers better, it's always about selling. I came in ten minutes before closing so naturally a lot of items were out no problem. I had a bowl deal but it included an item they didn't have and instead of subbing anything they turn down the sale. I wotkd have gotten written when I worked in restaurants and had a customer leave without buying. It's all about sales revenue which pays these employees -do they really not teach basic business to teens anymore lol

Went in at 11:15am they had like 3 options to order from and you can see the food was just heated up it was from prior night. I asked if they would make new chow mein and the girl said no. I placed my order and the food was not good. I've tried this place 3 times but o won't go to this location again.
