CLOSED - Blaze is now closed... This concept in a town with lots of good pizza choices was a curious one. I ordered a few times over the last few years, and at the beginning the pizza seemed better. In the end they didn't have as many options as they first had - not surprised to see it close. Covid, and no students in town for months probably didn't help.

I really love Blaze, but I am so over this location. They never have enough staff. They always say "online orders only." I have even gone in person and ordered a pizza carry out but when I went today the young man told me they were only doing online orders so I had to order online... EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS PEOPLE ORDERING ALREADY IN PERSON. He was super rude and argumentative. I hope you go out of business Blaze so we can get a MODs because they would never treat their customers this way.

The Santa Cruz has been out of gluten free for about a month. The cauliflower is not an option because I am allergic to dairy. Could corporate have Santa Cruz make some gluten free dough ?

Liliana, matt, Mateo, Milkias, and Hector were awesome! So friendly and hard working! Great pizza I added bacon and shredded mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Team did great job balancing online and in person orders

I do not have an issue with the people in the restaurant at all. Great people, I'm sure as I've never had any issues in person. But I just ordered from the app, and I never at all received my order. I tried to call support, got hung up on, tried to call the restaurant, got hung up on. And the online help website sucks. It's confusing with so many sub-menus that you have no clue what you're supposed to click. I have no clue if I'm ever going to get a refund and I'm 80% sure I just gave away $40. If you're going to order from this restaurant, do it in person. DO NOT order from the app. It has no support options at all. Update: (From 2 Stars to 3 stars) Finally got some help, but since they use Doordash for delivery, I was routed to them. But because I paid Blaze Pizza (not Doordash) they are unable to actually refund my money. (I understand why Doordash had to get involved, but it just made everything much more of a hassle, it's not my job to deal with the delivery company you chose). The Doordash support agent was understanding, and even said that THEY would call Blaze Pizza back FOR US to sort it all out! (Which of course they have the time for. I understand how busy a restaurant can get). In the end, I'm supposed to get my refund in a little less than a week. (Not sure why? I paid to get food, not Blaze Pizza stocks, it shouldn't take 3 days (not including the weekend) to get my money back when they were more than happy to take the money from my account the second I placed the order) Again. I would give the staff and the food a good 4 stars. But the customer support options on both the website and the app, the crappy phone system, and the many hours of hassle we had to go through to eventually be told we would get our money back, all of that brings it down to 2 1/2 stars. However, please don't let this deter you from ordering from Blaze Pizza at all, their food is awesome if ordered in person or directly from Doordash. TLDR: Do not use the app, do not order online. If you want to order from Blaze Pizza do it in person, or use Doordash directly, at least if you order it from there and you don't receive your entire order, you can say that you didn't and get a full refund nearly immediately.

I was very hungry but also feeling very nervous about going to blaze pizza. I usually am not good at making decisions on the spot and luckily I had the best help in the world. Liliana was not only an artist with the pizza but she reassured my every decision. Ceila and Lisandro were equally as comforting and helpful to have around. I am so excited to eat this pizza and will be coming back again. Best experience I've had at blaze ever.

Staff was very kind and helped me through this process of building a pizza, I was completely distraught the entire time but Liliana, Celia and Lisandro made my journey quite pleasant. Front of the house was amazing and the pizza even better. Will be coming back!

While I'm a local girl and love Upper Crust, some nights I just want an easy walk across the street, and Blaze is always a treat. Tonight Liliana and I chatted away about holiday plans as she dexterously crafted my pizza, and her friendliness made me feel so welcome and at ease. Love my local spot!
They are not taking walk in orders. Okay, I’ll order outside through the website… or not, since it keeps telling me something is wrong (but not how to fix it). Okay, I’ll grab their app and order outside, I’m already here. What? App won’t download? Outside the restaurant? Okay - Blaze obviously doesn’t want business. Message received.

I had Blaze pizza a couple of years ago and didn't like their crust, but I seemed better recently. It is still to thin in my opinion. Also, I don't like how spread out the toppings are because you rarely taste all of the flavors in the same bite. Those are just small critiques, overall their pizza is pretty good.

You literally make your own pizza for one flat price and you can get whatever you want on your pizza for that one flat price it was very very good had a good time there
