It's a very good food. I've been to Cafe Brazil so many times and I never got disappointed. The food was always tasty, service was good. Going again tomorrow to have another lunch with my wife and expecting to get the same quality and service we been getting thru those last couple of years. I recommend them!

The customer service was great, and the food was delicious! I got the Omelette Aracaju and was not expecting such a generous plate! Next time I am in Santa Cruz, I will definitely go here!

What a wonderful restaurant. I visit here with my friends regularly and we always have a great time. The staff is friendly and the food is phenomenal. Don't get me started on those mimosas that will mess you up

You're simply delightful and so appreciated in our little town. Service is thoughtful and inviting. Food? What can I say? Words fail me. Always scrumptious.

This place is typically always busy so be patient with the servers. I recommend adding yourself to the waitlist on Yelp before you leave your house. This place is honestly the best brunch spot in Santa Cruz. I love their coffee and sandwiches.

They have huge servings, good flavor, and a lot of variety to choose from on the menu. The workers are also nice.

My husband had been dying to take me to Café Brasil for years as he knew I'd love the food but I've always been a little less enthused about the tons of people I usually see waiting outside (tight quarters with lots of folks gives me super anxiety, and waits for food when you're hungry are super frustrating). This was a bitter-sweet first attempt, so I'll start with the "sweet" part first.. The food is amazing! I have to agree that it's probably the best breakfast you can possibly find in Santa Cruz, the quality and the price are spot on and the table service was friendly and fast. Really REALLY good coffee, too. We ordered way too much food, the omelette and frittata portions are huge and most of the dishes come with slices of baguette too. I highly recommend any of their seafood breakfast items that come with hollandaise sauce, so good! The restaurant inside is pretty small, so if you're on the claustrophobic-side you may want to sit outside (small too but there's air). Now, to the bitter part. I placed us on the wait list via the Yelp app (yes Yelp, I'm looking at you!) and it said we had 20-40 minutes to wait - okay, fine, no biggie because I added myself to the wait list before we drove over there, right? When we arrive, I see tons of people outside and a sign on the window saying to add yourself to the waitlist via Yelp, so figured I was all set. After 10 minutes of watching a bunch of people being seated (Yelp showed we were 3rd in line and that was definitely WRONG!), I went to make sure we were on the list. The server looked and verified we were on it, and said we'd receive a text when the table was ready in a few minutes. Great - out the door I go to wait some more. After another 30 minutes of seeing tons of people show up and get seated right away, I realize something is wrong because we are literally the only two people waiting outside now. At that moment finally the server (same woman I had spoken to 30 minutes prior!) came out and asked, "is your name on the wait list?" - at this point I was so frustrated, because I had spoken to this person directly and she completely forgot!! We were sitting there waiting this whole time and they forget we were there! I reminded her yes, I spoke to you earlier, and then 2 minutes later we were seated in a half-empty dining room. There were no apologies for the wait, no explanation as to why they forgot to seat us, just acted like it didn't happen. I'm glad I liked the food, but that was not handled properly and really put a damper on our time. That being said - again, the food is amazing and probably the best breakfast in Santa Cruz. Just maybe try ordering it to-go instead. Or maybe just stand there at the register until they seat you and keep reminding them that you're there. Just don't trust their wait list!

Always a line but not for a late lunch! That helped me get to my meeting in 45min. I always order the Fejoada completa and two of us shared that plus an extra plate of Rice/salsa/greens/orange. Perfect amount. Added a side of plantains and I was in heaven.Vegetarian options: Tofu, fish menu, omlettes, fruitParking: Small lot, maybe 5 spots.
