My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and loved it!We really liked the Margherita Pizza, the Brussel Sprout Salad and the Chicken Fusilli.We will definitely be back for dinner and will try their brunch soon. Excited that they are now open for brunch on the weekends.Highly recommend this local restaurant!

Don't go by the pictures!We ordered a small margarita pizza and a Caesar salad.The margarita pizza was very chewy and the base was uncooked. For the sauce they probably used a store bought marinara sauce.We let the server know that we were not satisfied with the food and she didn't offer to fix it or get a new one.Not worth spending $19 for a small pizza.The Caesar salad was good but definitely over priced.

It's small place to dine in. If you are looking for a light thin crust pizza with little cheese, this could meet your needs. Had multiple times due to its location and also like their light crust which is on a thin side with bit crunchy outside. Their speciality is caramelized onions. For vegetarians few choices, I tend to go with arugula topping as it is not so common at the mainstream pizzerias. They could be more generous on the topping and could be more reasonably priced.Vegetarian options: They could add more veg options

Few good places open on a Monday in Santa Cruz, so happy to find Avanti where the pizzas are out of control delicious, proper thin crust, fresh ingredients - salads yummy too. Service is so nice, too bad it's so cold and empty:/

The avanti pizza, with the prosciutto and arugula, is so so good! I honestly wasn't expecting to like it this much but I'm a big fan. The chicken wings were so-so, go to Parish for betters ones. But they're still decent!

Another below average Santa Cruz restaurant experience which makes me wish I had just warmed up a frozen pizza and eaten at home. The wait staff is unknowlegeable about the menu (I haven't eaten here, I just work here) and the food is below average. A blah strip mall pizzeria.

Excellent pizza! We’re on a 65+ day road trip, pizza aficionados, and this is the best pizza we’ve had so far. Thin crust w/ a perfect bite, simple San Marzano tomato sauce, homemade Italian sausage and veggies. Can you tell we loved it? Server was great too. Quiet place, which was perfect. Wish this spot was on our hometown!

We’ve been coming here every Friday night (except during Covid) for 7 years. Deceptively simple but excellent flavorful locally sourced pastas and pizzas, with friendly, lovely attention from the staff and the owner. Casual vibe and perfect for families. Small but great wine selection as well. A real gem!
