Horrible place if you want to actually sit. So much noise you could not even talk to a companion. On top of all that $23 for a single order? GTFO! Will not be back, and suggest you skip as well.

The food taste like great Taco Bell food. Clean most of the time. Quick service. The only issue is the amount they serve here. It seems like they've never been audited on the weight or quantities of the servings. The food is always so light or half scooped or something at this location. Apparently Kiosk orders only at the time too. Most of the staff has decent/expected/acceptable customer service when they need to interact. Experience was average. Wouldn't discourage anyone from going. Just giving the heads up. Hopefully the restaurant makes some adjustments.
The service is fast and the food isn't bad they have yet to mess up my order the few times I've been to this one. But if you don't care for college students when it's busy or that awkward in the morgue silence when it's not then hey this is your spot to go to. Prices aren't what they use to be but hey what is.Parking: The parking in all honesty sucks. Like really socks. But hey what do u expect it's taco bell.
This is easily the best quality and fastest online order place in town. The food is always hot and fresh (while other locations in town have felt their tortillas are stale). Can't state for the indoor eating, but the location has a good amount of parking which is always helpful. Not sure why the low reviews because I actively will choose this locations over others in town. Appreciate that they are efficient and not bothered if we have any questions. Nice to have an efficient and reliable fast food place in town!

I love this Taco Bell!! I have been going here often since I moved to Santa Cruz, and the service has always been great, along with the food. Today I accidently ordered to the wrong location, but the workers were so kind to make it for me anyways, I really appreciated it!Also, I love the various vegetarian options. You can basically make any item veggie!!
Today I was on the west side of Santa Cruz, and yesterday 41st ave Taco Bell made my food to perfection. I can say the same thing for Taco Bell on Mission st. Excellent. Just the way I ordered it and staff understood what I was trying to do without a tortilla. Restrooms are available outside and are clean. Restaraunt was also clean and plenty of seating available. Employees were friendly and greeted me before entering Taco Bell :)Parking: Parking lot was big enough for my large Transit van.

It looks soMessy & disorganized. I was going to order but couldn't find anyone to help me even though there were about 5 employees at the front. One girl was worker was standing there behind the counter next to the food texting with both her disposable gloves on... gross. Shot to know they use their phones with their gloves while ignoring customers. I should have taken a photo of this. I left. Definitely not going back.

Great location. I've gone several times over the years and staff has always been friendly, fast-paced and responsive. Never gotten an order wrong aside from one time when someone took my food, and they simply remade my order.
