Probably my fave Mexican place in Santa Cruz. Lots of indoor seating options, and it seems clean and maintained. The prices are pretty good! Our worker was nice and the food came out quickly, we were impressed. Everything seemed so fresh and they don't skimp on the meat. The super burrito is delicious, and definitely order their crispy tacos! The chips are thick, salty, and amazinggg with their house made guac (literally served on a huge plate). So so worth it.

My daughter likes this place. She always gets a vegetarian super burrito. I ordered a pastor soft taco and a grilled chicken soft taco. Both flavors were tasty but were a bit too spicy/hot for me. It's a solid Mexican food option. Good food. Good portions. Good prices. I will return. Thank you for being open on Easter.

Best tacos in Santa Cruz!!! Granted, I didn't have tacos anywhere else in Santa Cruz, but I do not imagine any other taco being able to top these. Excellent flavors, the salsa is spicy but great and a good size taco. Husband had a tongue taco and he said it was great. (I don't like my food tasting me back so I stuck with carnitas and carne asada). The kids' burritos were also a 10: generous portions and great flavor. Ceviche tostada was good but not the best I've had. Overall I do recommend you go here if you're nearby.

Have been a regular at this spot for many years. On multiple occasions my kids have ordered crispy tacos with only meat and cheese, to only receive the order with all the things on it. I have brought it up a couple of times, but since it is a Togo order, it hasn’t ever been take care of. I have old love to continue to support my local taqueria, but since they can’t seem to get the order right and for the price that they charge, I have I’ll have to go elsewhere…

Had menudo and it was pretty good. Nice broth, nice amount of tripe and some other bits of meat. Soup had a little bit of funk to it. I drove over from San Jose for breakfast. It was worth it, visiting some friends too.

meat is good, nothing super special as most taquerias in the area are pretty good, but portions are large and not stingy at all. chips, pink habanero salsa and pickled potatoes/carrots are keep me coming back and make this my favorite in santa cruz

Food is great, comes out fast, and very reasonable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food truly is comforting and delicious. Salsas are great. I used to crave their beans when I was pregnant with both my children, they are that good.

the food was not pleasant. Tacos was flavorless and burrito was mid. The food taste doesn't match price.

Maybe a little less heat in the burritos. They were just right for me, but a little too spicy for my partner.Dietary restrictions: Chips were NOT greasy or salty as is the case in many Mexican restaurants.
