Ordered a burrito and got what looks like half of a burrito. I thought I got the wrong order but it was right. Just crazy how small it was and for the same price. Literally 1/2 the size of other ones I’ve had from there.

There always out of everything if you go in the evening they never have beans etc or meat .. Tonigjt we went and no beans how do I always have no beans .. very poor service if this was once I understand but over and over

Ordered 2 bowls , chips & guacamole.Had asked for double vegetables! Got home none on either bowl?? Order # LT1-4AH was cold too had to heat up. Love the guacamole but chips tooooo salty.

Horrible customer experience and there so called drive thru is a joke! (Digital Delivery) means online pickups only, so not a drive thru to where you can order. Employee said he receives complaints daily on the drive thru confusion. The way the manger treated me, I am officially boycotting Chipotle. This review is for there new location

I have been to many Chipotle restaurants. The Santa Maria Chipotle is the worst I have been to. They are constantly out of items. I went last night and they were out of steak, white rice, regular salsa, and salad dressing. I do not understand how they can be out of so many items, it is poorly managed.

The number 1 thing to know in a service job is to know how to interact with your customers. The young man working the line today (alone) was a bit on the moody side. I understand there was a line and he was just trying ro keep the line moving. And he did a great job doing so. He did call for help but never got it. Its very important to keep your cool under higher stress situations. Give each customer the politeness and attention they deserve. Otherwise, the food was great. It appeased my craving.

I got a bad experience w this lady she's the manager her name is Angelica she's a big lady she was so rude whit bad actitud I ask one of the employees if he hot my order ready she came and said don't pressure my employees I said I wait for 10 min and it's not ready yet common don't go there bad food and salty she's a beattchhhh

Do not eat here !! I got food poisoning! The staff are a bunch kids just pushing food out and not taking the right pro cautions handling the food. I wish I could give a better review but food poisoning is just not proper food handleing care

So Chipotle gets 3 stars for food only. Customer service is bad. On two separate occasions my husband and I ordered online for pick up. When I got there the food wasn't ready according to the time I was told. I watched 2 people walk in, order and get their food before me. For my husband, the food he was supposed to pick up was gone. He waited to be approached but no one did. When he finally asked about his food they said someone must have grabbed his order. So he had to wait even longer for his food. Why bother taking phone/online orders if they aren't going to be ready as promised?!! Get it together Chipotle!

Do not order online, they will mess it up and make you drive there to fix their mistake. Could not even offer me a coupon to fix their mistake. Made me call the customer service line to get a refund because they could not help me at all. They gave me one big piece of meat for my whole bowl. Am I supposed to shred this barbacoa??

When I walked in and immediately ask for the Manager, there's a problem. Naomi was the Manager tonight; how/why I can't figure out because she's clueless. This place was so filthy the Health Dept would shut them down immediately. All I wanted was some nachos and was skeptical about that! Chips all over the floor. Presentation of the food was dirty and disgusting. It was so bad, as a Manager I would expect you to shut this place down for 15-20 min just to clean it. But Naomi just stood there when I complained. She didn't even say, I understand, yes we'll take care of that! Nada! You're not that damn busy all day! Not with Panda next door, because people prefer that place at certain hours. You had the staff there, use them! Sorry I can't even comment on the food, because I walked out with a bag of chips! I couldn't see myself getting anything else or coming back. Definitely never ordering a delivery or pick up again. Sorry I wish I had taken pics!

I can't figure out how it is possible that so often both the sautéed vegetables and other meats are not available - tonight it was the chicken and vegetables. What ever the process is for the servers to tell the cooks that's something is running out, it's failing miserably. If a food item is running out communicate it with the cooks well before it's gone. I come here fairly often but am about fed up with food being unavailable and nothing on the grill.
