I just purchased a chicken cheese steak. When I opened it at home it is beef. Very dry. Disappointed. I haven't ever had a problem at this store before.

I was hesitant to try this after reading some of the other reviews regarding customer service and portion size, and I am pleased to report that it was an amazing first-time experience for us. We went at about 7pm, so it wasn't busy. Both of the male employees were helpful and friendly and more than happy to answer my millions of questions. My daughter got the turkey and cheese and I got the Mike's Famous Philly, and both were excellent, with generous portions of meat. We'll go again!Vegetarian options: There is a portobello mushroom and Swiss option that looks delicious, and you can add things like onions, lettuce, and tomatoes to your sandwich. You could also order any of the sandwiches without the meat. I would caution vegetarians about anything prepared on the grill because I don't know if they have a separate area of the grill reserved for non-meat options or not. It would probably be more challenging to order a vegan meal though.Dietary restrictions: Since each sandwich is prepared to order, you can add or delete items that don't suit you. There is even an option to skip the bread and get it in a bowl!Kid-friendliness: The kid sandwich option is the perfect size and price for your kiddos or for you if you just want a quick snack.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spaces are near the the store, and the restaurant is spacious enough to navigate around in.

I have been to a lot of Jersey Mikes across the country. This was the best, most customer friendly staff I have seen. Accommodated my "out of state" request to juice the bread before putting meat on. All the staff really seemed to be enjoying working and talking with customers.

I actually don't remember what I ordered but I loved it. Just got to remember to eat it while it's fresh. I think I ordered the Jersey Shores Favorite giant. They cut it in 4 pieces and I'm glad I ate 3 pieces of it because I didn't get to the last piece till 3 days later and it wasn't as great as the same day. I ordered the sandwich with the app, that wasn't too bad, when I got there the sandwich was there and the associate happily handed it too me. I had a good experience.

I called to order a sandwich when I got there my sandwich wasn't there because there they didn't have certain items. I order a full sandwich and only made me half. I had to wait till they did the other half. Horrible service.
