I was hesitant to try this after reading some of the other reviews regarding customer service and portion size, and I am pleased to report that it was an amazing first-time experience for us. We went at about 7pm, so it wasn't busy. Both of the male employees were helpful and friendly and more than happy to answer my millions of questions. I have been to a lot of Jersey Mikes across the country. This was the best, most customer friendly staff I have seen. Accommodated my "out of state" request to juice the bread before putting meat on. All the staff really seemed to be enjoying working and talking with customers.

I actually don't remember what I ordered but I loved it. Just got to remember to eat it while it's fresh. I think I ordered the Jersey Shores Favorite giant. They cut it in 4 pieces and I'm glad I ate 3 pieces of it because I didn't get to the last piece till 3 days later and it wasn't as great as the same day. I ordered the sandwich with the app, that wasn't too bad, when I got there the sandwich was there and the associate happily handed it too me. I had a good experience.
