I have a broken foot so decided to order the "sides meal" from Whole Foods for Thanksgiving so I wouldn't have to spend time on my feet making the sides. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! The mash potatoes came out of the container like jello comes out of a mold. I had to chop it all up to put it in the pan to put in the oven. After 45 minutes of warming, I had to add milk & mash them. Taste; bland, I am not even sure it was really potatoes. The side of spinach looked like plastic grass cut up in tiny pieces. No one at the dinner even touched them. The stuffing was 1/2 frozen (I didn't realize I was ordering frozen food) and dry like sand. I didn't have the energy to add water to moisten before warming. I just hoped guests would add gravy to make it edible, Horrible food. I will never order food from Whole Foods again and recommend you don't either.

Nancy Silverton's gelato is amazing. Woah! Definitely recommend this flavor 100/10 so glad I can find this at Whole Foods

First time at this location. It is very clean and organized, the OCD in me was very pleased! The hot foods/ salad bar looked really good. This is one of the smaller stores but it seemed very spacious to me!One of the things I came for was the chantilly berry cake but they didn't have it. I got a slice of cheesecake instead. Parking is spacious. I used self check out which went smoothly. There were cashiers at the other registers and it seemed like it was pretty fast.

The location at Pico and Cloverfield has become our primary market for five years.We love the full Whole Food locations on Wilshire and Lincoln but they are so large that I spend more time and money buying stuff we don't need.We go to Ralph's as little as possible because of our need for trauma therapy afterward.When we recently moved to Sunset Park, friends began asking, "Have you been to Bob's Market?" With the exception of two visits, I usually leave without buying a thing. The inventory is limited, the prices are outlandish, and I would not buy their produce, even if it was cheap.365 has just turned out to be easy. The place is fresh and modern. Employees are kind and civilized.

I love this WF as a quick stop after I visit my doctor, but I'm here mostly to rate two items I bought: Mushroom asada burrito and the chicken empanada.There was maybe 4-5 mushroom slices in the burrito which was mostly white rice with some beans. The chicken empanada turned out to be mostly air with mushy chicken filling. My husband and I were disappointed. Love mushrooms and love empanadas, but I'd go elsewhere for a mushroom burrito or a chicken empanada.

This is a great location! Very clean and they have a ton of prepared foods as well as a taco stand inside which I have not seen it either Whole Foods locations. Plenty of easy parking which is not easy to find in this area. Well stocked store very clean and well run, not too busy either. Great shopping option for the area!

Playa Vista Store: Ordered sandwich (Turkey,Bacon & Avocado) @ $12.99 Asked if I could add a pickle and lattuce the lady making the sandwich said of course. Went to self check and price tag read $15.99!!!. Person watching the "registers" turned out to be the manager. When I complained she said "extras" are written on the board. I complained that she should have asked. Basically told that's it. I told her she could keep the sandwich. She went to take back the sandwich. I asked her if it is worth not reduce the sandwich $3.00 instead of throwing it away, and losing a customer. She said yes, and I walked away. So much for that "cute and small" atmosphere, and all the advertising they pay millions of dollars on. Just another corporation with stupid managers. Should have been, we understand the situation. We'll let you slide this time.

its not easy to find this Whole Foods on yelp maybe they hide it because the hot food entree have gotten so bad. Two days ago it was chicken wings, carrots, squash and plain white rice, thats it. This display is the worst I have seen yet and that is not saying much for the other Whole Foods stores. Amazon should just sell the market hopefully to someone like the former owner Mackie that actually cared about serving up good healthy food like he did before this monster delivery service Amazon bought it and within several years has driven it into the ditch when it comes to quality and service. As long as Amazon owns this place its just going to keep going down until is becomes something like a Costco because that's where it's slowly heading.Amazon have destroyed Whole Foods.

Cute and SMALL whole foods. Limited selection compared to other stores but seems to be emptier. Came one night around 8pm and it was almost deserted. Parking lot is tiny (i think there's more parking in rear?) but overall convenient location to get essentials. Mediterranean bar very limited selection.
Pre-pandemic they used to have one of the best hot bars in LA. The food is pretty bland now. But the most annoying thing is how they allow people to solicit out front of the store. It's so annoying how you wanna run in real quick and people are harassing you to give money. The Salvation Army I don't mind. Whole Foods should move everyone else to the parking lot or off property.

A lot has changed with this store. Who would've known this Whole Foods would become my favorite Whoever the new chef is.. all I can say is everything is what it should be . The food is five star .. period Keep it up Whole Foods Santa Monica I loooove you

My first experience here physically. The store is bright and clean, the people are nice to give assistance and discount when I don't have Amazon Prime Account. The place has almost everything we need with high quality and good selections. Except they don't have yoghurt starter and bean sprouts for some reason. Well, I guess my need is more unique. Over all, this place is more expensive and it naturally filters out some buyers. Check out is fast and fewer shoppers are onsite that gives shoppers a relaxed atmosphere to pick and choose what to buy. I like it because it is not like a maze that I have to go everywhere to get what I want. Very nice place for quick shopper like me. I also don't take too many photos as people already post many here.
