Noma Sushi is an excellent restaurant with high-etiquette staff, well-prepared food at a reasonable price, and an atmosphere with good taste. The ambiance is amazing, making it a great spot for dates or gatherings with friends. The sushi and sashimi are delicious and fresh, with a wide variety of fish and veggie selections. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and every dish is beautifully presented and full of flavor—from sashimi and sushi rolls to hot dishes like beef bowls and crispy karaage. The staff is professional, friendly, and timely, providing great recommendations and accommodating guests. Despite sometimes having a waiting time, it’s definitely worth it. The Uni (Bafun Uni) is highly recommended, and the black truffle salmon is also a favorite. Overall, the service and environment are good, making Noma Sushi a highly recommended Japanese spot for families and friends alike.
