The food here is really good. It’s just Shane that Santa Monica’s played by homeless and mentally ill people who come in and out of here getting free handout such as free bread, free water and they’re paying customers such as myself that are secondary to their needs. The food is pretty decent but you’re probably going to another location or ordering.

These are by far the best quality salads I’ve had. I could definitely eat these wraps and salads every day! Highly recommend.
Salads prepared to order with fresh ingredients.You can choose a salad from the menu or create your own with whatever ingredients you fancy.Mine was very good. I had the mustard sauce which was excellent.The salad is huge.The person who looked after me was friendly and helped me choose.I recommend.

I have been a consistent Simply Salad customer since 2017 (their delicious, build-your-own salads keep me coming back and they have an excellent app to use for orders), but I specifically wanted to mention the exceptional customer service that I experienced recently with Emilie.I ordered during the lunch rush and was unable to pick up my order (and had to pick it up several hours late). The next day (when I was picking up another order), Emilie stopped me, remembered my name and sitting order from the day before, and warmly asked if something went wrong (and inquired whether or not I needed a refund).That type of proactive customer service was wonderful to receive (and quite rare in the service industry these days). I now have yet another reason to keep coming back to Simply Salads (aside from the delicious dressings and greens)!

Leaving this review in the hope that the restaurant sees it. Steak Out was my favorite salad. On the Uber Eats app, Simply Salad still recommends the Horseradish dressing, which was absolutely essential. They no longer offer this dressing as an option for their signature salad… Ranch does not do the trick.True crime happening here in Santa Monica.

My fav salad place in LA. I love the El Paso with the cilantro ranch dressing. If I could just eat it everyday I'd be a skinny legend ! It's delicious and nutritious !
This place is great. I come here at least weekly on my lunch break since I work nearby. There are a range of salad and accompanying protein options, portions are good, prices are fair, and Armen the manager is great and always makes me feel welcome. I also appreciate that they have decent unsweetened iced tea, which is usually my drink of choice. I'm also a fan of their app since you can use it to pay for your order directly and rack up loyalty points-for $10 off every $100 spent. 10% cash back, anyone? What more can I ask for?
