I should of follow my gut instinct! The moment we walked in there was a horrible experience! The weather it's already hit in Santa Monica imagine walking into a place that's about 20 degrees hotter than outside which was about 85*! It felt like you walked into hell!! 5:30 and the store is closed. at least update the hours or get some people to work when it's supposed to be open. looked and saw this isn't the only time this has happened.

i ate here, ordered an original pretzel but no salt! i received my pretzel with salt on it and somehow cheddar cheese dip that i did not ask for ended up on my bill? i never asked for cheddar cheese dip, and was charged for it. this place a scam. pretzel was not hitting either.
