i ate here, ordered an original pretzel but no salt! i received my pretzel with salt on it and somehow cheddar cheese dip that i did not ask for ended up on my bill? i never asked for cheddar cheese dip, and was charged for it. this place a scam. pretzel was not hitting either.

I should of follow my gut instinct! The moment we walked in there was a horrible experience! The weather it's already hit in Santa Monica imagine walking into a place that's about 20 degrees hotter than outside which was about 85*! It felt like you walked into hell!! I felt bad for the employees there but my sons insisted in getting the darn pretzels! besides being roasted in there, the pretzels were nasty! They were mushy, and tasted funny! But my kids love this snack and they tried to ignore the fact but after the second bite they felt nauseous!! I'm about to call corporate because this is a health hazard and it has to be address!!

I purchased these Wetzel's Bits and they were all burnt. When I asked to exchange, they refused and said they were all the same. I couldn't even eat one of them (burnt and old tasting) and my kid hated it. Weird they don't stand by their quality?

My boyfriend and I constantly go there because the pretzels are beyond amazing! Though the staff there is very unprofessional and rude... we went there on Saturday morning and the lady told us to come back in 20 mins ... after they had just opened... when we came back , she told us we could not order the pizza pretzels which we waited to order. I don't think I'll be coming back there for a while due to this staff being so rude and totally unprepared ...

everything here is always delicious except the associate who helped me was very unprofessional. i ordered only a frozen lemonade and she first grabbed tissue paper and opened the pretzel container. after staring at the pretzels and glancing at me a few times i said just the lemonade was ok for today. she then grabs the wrong cup and pours it into there. she starts handing it to me and then turns around and pours the contents of that cup into a new cup, spilling some onto her hand. and then she flicked the lemonade on her fingers (with no gloves) into my cup and hands it to me. at a time when we're still dealing with an international pandemic i was pretty shaken by this.
This place is always closed.... i don't understand why this building isn't just condemned already. I went last night to get some potentially hazardous raw pretzel bites at around 6pm & the place was closed with two homeless people smoking meth outside of the door while a woman urinated right on the concrete outside of the door. Santa Monica has truly become soo charming. If the smell of urine doesn't welcome you here the closed dark building with no one inside surely will.

Zero stars actually. I came to this place with my family today and ordered a couple pizza bites, cinnamon bites and soda. I asked a lady named Suli for an empty cup or anything that I could use to spare a few bites for my little toddler to hold. She wanted to charge me ONE DOLLAR for the empty cup and said that this is store policy. This is outrageous. I'm wondering if this is really store policy or she made it up herself. Outrageous.

I call this superb place from time to time since I like the special air that is exist in this place. The staff is awfuly cordial and experienced. The service is pretty rapid. Also, the food they serve is good. I visited many times and I was always joyful. The price is honest. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
