On my recent visit, the Beef Bowl was excellent! Everything was properly prepared. Slices of beef were tender and juicy, rice and vegetables were very good. Service was prompt and courteous! Keep up the Great Work!

I have been coming here to this restaurant for years. My grandson always ordered the chicken on the side. Somehow tonight Dana states this can't be done? Says it's never been done like this. They can put vegetables and sauce on the side but never the chicken. NOT TRUE. what's the difference with what you put on the side?? CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Was pleasantly surprised ! Clean ,spacious ,staff friendly.Vegetarian options: Food was freshly made. It was hot, plenty of it.Parking: It's on a corner,so you can park in the lot,or curb parking.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Yoshinoya on Pico in Santa Monica. Unfortunately, I found hair in my food. When I contacted the shift manager for assistance, she refused to provide her name, the store manager’s name, or the district manager’s contact information. Despite being a loyal app reward member and offering my bank statement as proof of purchase, she insisted on having the original receipt.This lack of transparency and unwillingness to address the issue left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope Yoshinoya can improve its customer service and handle such incidents more effectively in the future.

I’m gonna say that today I was not extremely hungry, but I knew it was time to eat and I figured I’ll go to Yoshinoya for a quick meal on the way to my next job. I got to tell you that I’m eating the food right after I ordered it in my car because it smelled so good that I didn’t wanna wait. And I’m glad I went with that because The meat is tender without too much fat. The chicken was perfectly cooked with just a little bit of crispiness on the skin part which was fantastic. The vegetables were were good mix of broccoli and cabbage and cauliflower and carrots, and all of them just taste great. The rice was cooked perfect. I don’t know what other way to describe the rice, but this is exactly how I like to have the rice. Mix it all together and you come up with a fantastic lunch that took only a few minutes to get And the service was great and the facilities were clean and the Customer Service was friendly, and I definitely will be returning to the Yoshinoya again as I have before in the past, but I just wanted to say that this time was an exceptionally good experience.Parking: You will not have a problem parking here. I’ve never had a problem finding a spot for free.
