I had the quesabirria and my husband had the Carne asada burrito. It was the best quesabirria I've ever had and birria is a food group to me. They were super friendly and I wish I lived closer to have this everyday!!!

So glad we had to stop for gas here. Saw the truck and discovered all the good reviews. Huge fan of birria and had to try. Service was prompt and tacos were ready in just a couple of minutes. The tacos were delicious & the birria and consume were outstanding. Super tender meat, crispy shell, and robust flavors in the consume. Very well balanced with the grilled onions and jalepenos. Don’t sleep on this food truck.

This truck is hit & miss... sometimes their spot on and other times they get orders wrong. Could be the language barrier but probably not. Clearly ordered pastor tacos and they gave me lengua. The lady that made them & gave me them at the window repeated my order & still got it wrong. Beware if you pay with a credit card ... xtra charges pop up on top of their normal fee.

You would think this spot is good, based on all the people i saw ordering from here. I usually stop at the Arco gas station and always see this truck there. Since I didn't want any of the fast food around, I decided to try this taco truck instead. I was starving & hadn't eaten since 7 am. that morning (ate here around 3ish pm), so I ordered 5 tacos. They were ALL horrible. I would honestly say these are probably the worst tacos of my life. I ordered 2 quesabirria tacos, 1 cabeza, & 2 al pastor. The meat was all DRY & flavorless. The salsa on the tacos was a salsa roja (red salsa), but it was spicy & lacking any flavor. I should have known better once I tasted how terrible the salsa was. It should have been a red flag for me. But, again, I was starving, so I ate it. On top of that, it's expensive! Also, my MIL ordered 3 shrimp tacos, & they were a joke! 3 little pieces of shrimp on each taco, with a few scraggly pieces of onion & green bell pepper. Would not recommend this taco truck. You're better off eating at the del taco across the street.

My sister recommended the quesabirria tacos. We stopped here on the way home. They were located right off the freeway. The Quesabirria tacos were flavorful. The consome was full of love. Lots of flavor. And the perfect complement to the aforementioned Quesabirria tacos. Once you start dipping, you can't stop. Highly highly recommended. The food truck is perfectly priced. The service was nice and fast. I can't wait to try them again.

Stopped at this taco truck after fueling up in Santa Nella and it didn't disappoint. I was starving from a long trip from LA and the Machaca Breakfast Burrito was on point. Coupled with a Mexican coke I was good to go.

What an unexpectedly good meal! Road trips usually consist of mediocre fast food and seeing this from the gas station across the street compelled me to get an asada super burrito at 10 AM. Besides being a bit small, the burrito had great ratios and really fresh ingredients. Both salsas were fire and the horchata surpassed expectations. This is one helluva find for any weary driver!
