I write this review from my table at black bear diner .my self wife and two children stopped in your IHOP while passing through and had the worst experience. We were seated pretty quickly then abandoned .we were not given kids menus and after 30 minute the girl finally asked if we wanted drinks and we said yes and we are ready to order as well she said wait to order let me take your drink order first she took our drink order repeated our order back to us incorrectly then walked away and started cleaning tables never attempted to get our drinks after watching her clean tables for 20 minutes with only 3 tables full and no customers coming in it was evident we were not wanted and she wanted us to leave so we did so .we wasted 40 minutes of our time while she ignored us the handful of customers who were there were all frustrated asking for missing items and she walked around clueless .People like this can destroy as service based business when this is your first impression of your business as well as your only access to the service the business provides .From our table alone atleast 100 dollars or more was lost due to the server not providing the service she was hired to provide .

Wow soo many bad reviews. Well that was enough for me to stay away. I'm a truck driver so I would want a good meal. But because of these reviews, I'm not even going to chance it.

I ordered my food on the phone, I was told 10 minutes I went in 20 minutes, when I got there it was just coming up. The waitress was dealing with a family of six so I waited until she was finished. She never acknowledged me. She went to get the drinks for that table. After she finished she bagged my food and printed the receipt then laid the receipt on the table. She left me trying to pay her and went to go sit people who just walked in the door. I’m telling her I’m ready to pay, actually been ready to pay, and she telling me I have to wait. The food is cold and she thinks I’ll eat her cold food. I walked out and told her to keep the food. She has no social skills. She is not nice or approachable. Mean mugging. It was 3/01/24 approximately 6am when that happened.

Toriana G, my server is a rockstar. She is the only one working the front of the house! Even so, Service didn't suffer and new customers coming in were seated promptly. I'm a truck driver and eat at ihop often throughout the country. This location added to my list of the best. Food was consistent with the brand (taste, temperature, presentation) if I had to search for something, my toast was not buttered. However, I was able to ask for and receive it before it cooled off (melted naturally). Literally fast pace walking, efficient without distractions or delays.

NEW MANAGEMENT!! Tori! I can say she's good at her job she's really hands on with the customers and helps her staff when needed! I'm happy it's under new management! Last time we came our server was so nice and really on it she had other tables and cashing people out while sitting and taking orders. We asked a gentleman man there for some hot sauce and she was busy making milkshakes and he goes to her telling her your table wants hot sauce he told her like 2 times and the last time he kinda yelled at her. She stopped making the milkshakes and came and brought the hot sauce she apologized for the wait I told her he could have brought us the hot sauce the same time it took him to go and tell you when you were busy he could of helped out and did it as well.. wasnt sure of his name BUT he was a short bald guy.. I thought it was rude of him to talk like that when she was already doing other things for her table. IF you ever stop by ask for Rosa or Tori!

past negative reviews were probably right. This feels like a place that ownership is asleep. But our server Amanda was amazing. Hard working, advided us about menu, assured us this cook was good. She did a great job and should be rewarded for insuring that at least we had a different experience than so many of the reviews.
The service was so sincere! Our waitress was Toriana, that was on receipt (tall beautiful young black lady), she was amazing. Made our day. The food was good btw.

The food was decent (fish and French fries)The cook mistakenly made shrimp which I hadn’t ordered but my waitress quickly fixed the mixup. Amanda was friendly and attentive. Even though she was the only waitress and had seated apx five tables I never felt overlooked. I’m writing this review in hopes that her manager will reward such a good server.
