We made an order through Ubereats...We are allergic to dairy, we asked for 2 No Mayo no Cheese Beyond famous star combo. we made sure to add it on the notes of the order, with Capital NO, with Please and Thank you. Unfortunately they didnt care. Both burgers had Mayo and Cheese!!! We cant eat this! I don't recommend this Carl's JR. They dont follow order notes. I tried to contact the restaurant but no answer!! Money lost and wasted since Uber eats wont do refund either!

Based on reviews, Carl's Jr. has the best deals on sandwiches in Santa Rosa. The charbroil burgers are good, and no one else compares. The drive-through is a little narrow for large trucks. The general manager is always super friendly and extremely nice. However, the food is way overpriced for the quality, and one worker would not greet a customer. There is no easy access ramp. Overall, it is the best Carl's Jr. in the area, but there are plenty of other food options nearby.
