Bad customer service. The big iPad at the counter that takes your order has only incentivized the workers to stay in the back. No one greats you or tells you if they are out of any particular items until you have ordered on the iPad.

I recently gave into my temptation in finally trying Dunkin coffee, since they opened up near us some years ago. I have not once been disappointed. The employees are so kind and accommodating. I have never received any mistakes or errors in my drink orders. The drinks are delicious! I highly recommend this Dunkin, and same goes for the location on Santa Rosa Avenue. So yum, I wish I was drinking one right now!

These donuts are okay, but just that. The coffee is weak and tastes like it's been sitting for days. Waited about five minutes before being acknowledged, while two employees were doting over a single customer. Need to remind myself not to go here again no matter how tempting the idea of a donut seems at the time. These donuts are not worth it.
How do you get these orders Wrong it's written in the order.... 2 chocolate donuts I get 2 plain? Huh Your ratings are bad is management bad? It can't be busy so your not rushed to fill orders. Disappointed

Greedy owners ruined Dunkin for the west coast just because they didn't properly train any of employees before opening. Violated labor laws, overworked, missed pay, no management, moldy food, district manager refusing to wear gloves during height of pandemic because she "doesn't believe in covid"... literally could not get any worse as a business.
