I know what leftover/overnight brisket taste like. I really try to enjoy this food when I have the taste for bbq.I’m sadly let down by tuff brisket,& dry burnt ribs.I lack understanding on why it’s so tuff or burnt
They ran out of woods. Only Brisket and Link. Couldn’t wait another hour for chicken and ribs. Got the two combo. Brisket was good but the Link is waste of $. Potato salad is okay but the Green Beans too salty. I may come back for the ribs. Hopefully next time they don’t run out of woods.

Dry, Dry, Dry BBQ at Everett & Jones located inside the Graton Casino Marketplace Food Court. They really need to taste their food from time to time on food quality. I'm sure when it's freshly cooked it's delicious, but sitting in the smoker waiting for customers to purchase over time, the food gets dry.
