Dry, Dry, Dry BBQ at Everett & Jones located inside the Graton Casino Marketplace Food Court. They really need to taste their food from time to time on food quality. I'm sure when it's freshly cooked it's delicious, but sitting in the smoker waiting for customers to purchase over time, the food gets dry. Management needs to taste the food, then, to understand their customer's feedback and throw away overly dried meats. I ordered their 4-piece combo for $40. It included Beef Link, Chicken, Pork Ribs and Beef Slices with two sides and bread. I opted for the potato salad and baked beans. The meats all had strong smokey flavor which overpowered the food. It's been sitting in the smoker too long. The worst meat was the beef link... it had a weird texture and not a good taste. The chicken pieces were small with limited meat. The beef slices were super dry. The ribs were good. It was falling off the bones and a good amount of meat.Sides... the potato salad needed salt and pepper. It had too much relish juices. It made it sour tasting. The baked beans were okay. It needed something extra to kick up the flavor.

Have been eating this bbq over35 year not the same recipi,Sauce is horrible, links are not the original links from back in the day,I'm told the Berkeley store is horrible to. Shame on you Everett & Jones. You have served our community for years, Leave the recipe alone. Original that's what we want. Had to add mayo, sugar, mustard to potato salad for flavor. 19.00 $ to get 4 bones. PLEASE.....

I went into the Everett and Jones BBQ at Graton Casino on Thursday Nov 2nd, I went in with $92 to spend on mainly Brisket because it is so hard to get that here in California,.I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to hear at 1pm they open at 11am that they had no Brisket? So I wound up with some ribs and chicken and links, the ribs were tough, the chicken dry and I didn't even attempt to eat the links, I love there beans though I will say that, but to hear that they had no Brisket was a shame and I had to spend that money there, next time I will go some.where else!

They ran out of woods. Only Brisket and Link. Couldn’t wait another hour for chicken and ribs. Got the two combo. Brisket was good but the Link is waste of $. Potato salad is okay but the Green Beans too salty. I may come back for the ribs. Hopefully next time they don’t run out of woods.

We ate at this Everett & Jones location when they opened in Graton Casino and they were great! Meat was tender and delicious. The line was long, but the service was good & we were happy to have such great BBQ. This past week we finally went back and it was the exact opposite. The meat was tough, overcooked, and cold. Several of the hot sides were cold. And the staff was not at all into being at work (they took forever to greet us (no line this time - big red flag) and looked liked they hated every moment of being at work. Each meal we ordered was $30+ and not worth it at all. Spending money on crap food is one of my biggest pet peeves and this food was crap.

I was so excited to try this place with my grandmother. Sad to say it's a low grade bbq. I got brisket and it was mostly fat. It came with one side which was pretty good- mac n cheese. I got an additional side of potato salad- nasty. It came with regular sliced wheat bread like you get from the dollar store. I was expecting corn bread- of course. The peach cobbler was good but came in a container cold. Very pricy. Won't be back. Very saddening

Look, I haven't tried all of the BBQ, but this has got to be some of the worst. Everything is dry! Links? Dry. Brisket? Dry. Ribs? Jerky. There's a reason why everything is smothered in sauce. If you *need* BBQ sauce, you're doing it wrong. This place does it so very, very, very wrong. The BBQ sauce is good though. Should bottle that up and sell it instead of the meat.

Brisket like you will get nowhere else!

Everett & Jones BBQ is located at the Graton Casino food court. We arrived a few minutes before they opened for lunch on a Sunday. The employee taking our order was friendly: $33 for a 3-item combo plate of brisket, ribs, and link sausage with a side of mac & cheese, scoop of potato salad, and two slices of plain wheat bread. For the positives: the bbq sauce had a nice balance of tanginess and sweetness and the ribs were tender. For the not-so-positives, none of the meats had much flavor on their own and needed seasoning, the brisket was very dry, the link sausage had such a rough texture that we didn't finish it, the mac and cheese pasta was very soft and overcooked, the potato salad lacked flavor, and the bread didn't come with butter. While we liked the bbq sauce, all of the meat was doused in it .. as if to hide the poorly prepared/cooked meat.

Wow! Surprised by the low reviews. I got the brisket it was delicious! Mild sauce was super yummy & macaroni & cheese was to my liking too. Had to dock them a star for the plain bread ~ a dinner roll would have been better or at least toast the loaf bread or butter it or something. Under $20 & I was pleasantly full yummmm

The ribs are just pure fat. We got about 2 ribs that weren’t fat. I felt like my teeth were bounce off the ribs

Can't believe two 3-combo dinners and desserts cost us $73! To top it off we ordered waters to drink As much as I wanted to enjoy some southern BBQ, it just didn't happen. Chicken, brisket and ribs were very dry. I'm use to some slow cooked juicy meat. Don't bother with the Mac and Cheese, it wasn't cheesy & it didn't have that smacking creamy sound or taste. All I can say is: well at least I gave it a try.

Food here is delicious. I get the 2 way, brisket and sausage link with mac and cheese with potato salad. Peach cobbler is delicious.
