On December 3rd at1am man at drive threw clearly high got my order wrong i had to repeat it 3 times forgot one of my food items and gave me the wrong items i waited 30 minutes for a spicy sandwich stacked bagel and curly fries only got a egg and cheese bagel and the chicken sandwich i wasn’t given my receipt and after waiting half an hour another man comes out apologizing saying sorry for the wait that the cook fell asleep horrible most annoying experience at any fast food place and will not be returning hope the high guy that took my order gets fired

Wish i could do NO stars... got a gift card for $100, and it so called wasnt activated by Jack in the Box, so when i went to use it, they said sorry, not activated, and refused to tell me why.... they asked for the receipt, i was it was a gift,...DUH, Beginning to dislike Jack in the Box, never have Ice for their drinks, orders always wrong... they argue with you when you tell them they got the order wrong... WTF people

Drive through wait time is crazy long. My car almost over heated we waited so long. There were only 4 cars in front of me.

The manager was very uninformed about what food he has and very rude. He would not give me any hot water for my coffee, the bathrooms were filthy dirty, the door would not even shut on the ladies bathroom. The food was horrible. The manager's name who served Was Heriberto who should be gone immediately!!!!
They didn't have what I wanted and what I got wasn't worth eating. These days overworked service providers are seldom able to work up a smile or a decent hello but I don't know that I can blame them.

Just as bad as any of them. Spongy sour dough and microwaved meat taste on all their food. Not worth the price or your time waiting for them to get it together.

Ordered a chicken strip combo, two tacos with extra cheese, and a bottle of water. The app was refusing to refresh to receive an update. So I decided to go into the store and wait. I was not greeted or looked at. I sat on an empty chair in front of the pay/pick up counter. I sat for four minutes until the app said that my order was completed. I did not receive my order, there was nothing to pick up either. I approached the counter and the girl working looked upset. And concerned that I would have a question. I communicated that I was here to pick up an order and showed her what I was there to pick up. She turned around to look at the other worker and said something quick in Spanish turn back around and said "OK tacos and fries"I said "..and chicken strips and a bottle of water and the tacos should have extra cheese..."She didn't say anything she took the bag dumped it out and re-made the order. She gave me the order and say that here you go.I asked for the bottle of water. She left the counter and came back with a cup of water. Because they are out of bottled water. I asked her for bbq and ranch sauce and she said they were out of that as well. Rip off of my money. Paid for extra cheese. Didn't get it. Paid for a bottled water. Didn't get it. She didn't refund any of my money. Definitely going to In N Out more often now
