The food is very basic. We tried their dinner to go items and breakfast buffet. Dinner was better than bfast, but nothing to write home about. This review is for the excellent employees and staff that run this place: from the Chefs that constantly refill the buffet items, to the host/hostess that are literally some of the kindest people I've ever met. The food- mediocre. Price- above average because it's inside a hotel/hyatt. Again, amazing staff that works the food, restaurants!

Shout out to Chris the manager who went out of his way to accommodate us. We are Hyatt members and thought we could use our club access awards. Unfortunately this particular restaurant is its own identity and therefore they don’t allow you to use the awards. Chris however made an exception and allowed us to use them. It was a very busy day with a bit of a wait but we were really taken care of in an amazing way. Thank you!

We dined here twice this past weekend, Sunday and Monday mornings. At this time, they are serving a breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the food immensely. From my experiences, Hyatt routinely serves a quality product at their Regency restaurants. The buffet included the standard faire: thick-cut bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes or hash browns, breads, pastries, cereals, juices, and coffee. They don't skimp on quality. The meals were complimentary for us because of our Globalist status, so I'm not sure of the value/cost otherwise. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the buffet monitored and replenished.

visited this restaurant for breakfast during my stay at the Hyatt. The staff was always very welcoming and the breakfast buffet selection was very good. Continental style set up but the variety was good, fruit, bagels, coffee, cereal, as well as a hit breakfast set up that changed daily. From hash browns with bacon, eggs to adding pancakes, and other items. Def worth a stop in the mornings.

Pastrami sandwich was bomb!! One of the best I’ve ever had. Seriously. I had the sauerkraut on the side and even it was good, and I hate that stuff.

Railroad Stop Bar & Kitchen replaced Seafood Brasserie a while back at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country. This is definitely a change for the better. The food is quite good, the portions are good sized and the prices are fair. At breakfast there is a buffet as well as a la carte menu. Breakfast is good, although the potatoes aren't that great. At dinner, the food is very nice -- we stayed at this hotel for over three months while our house was being fixed after smoke damage, and our only complaint was that except for the soup, there is no change in the menu (no daily specials, etc.). Most of all, we appreciated the servers -- particularly Julia, Claire and Sean, who took great care of us, along with their manager, Guy, who always made sure everything was right. Even though we've returned home, we'll be back for dinner -- especially the great hamburgers!

Food 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 Service 5/5 Great restaurant at the Hyatt Regency California. We ordered cocktails, the cheese platter and a margarita pizza. The portions were so large that it ended up being dinner! The drinks were strong and the food was delicious. It was so good that we decided to come back for happy hour the second night. Very good choice :)

Sorry but disappointed....was told this was "the place" for breakfast. Had a bit of a drive so left early on a Saturday morning. Restaurant was empty. Very old, exterior poorly maintained. Not a good start. The waitress was very nice and efficient. The food mediocre. Husband had a dry omelet, my French toast was nothing special. Wanted to love this place....too bad.
