Shout out to Chris the manager who went out of his way to accommodate us. We are Hyatt members and thought we could use our club access awards. Unfortunately this particular restaurant is its own identity and therefore they don’t allow you to use the awards. Chris however made an exception and allowed us to use them. It was a very busy day with a bit of a wait but we were really taken care of in an amazing way. Thank you!
We dined here twice this past weekend, Sunday and Monday mornings. At this time, they are serving a breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the food immensely. From my experiences, Hyatt routinely serves a quality product at their Regency restaurants. The food is very basic. We tried their dinner to go items and breakfast buffet. Dinner was better than bfast, but nothing to write home about. This review is for the excellent employees and staff that run this place: from the Chefs that constantly refill the buffet items, to the host/hostess that are literally some of the kindest people I've ever met. The food- mediocre. Price- above average because it's inside a hotel/hyatt. Again, amazing staff that works the food, restaurants!
