Some people (like me) don’t have a car to drive places so I walk. This started months ago but I remember going to this Starbucks at 6:28 and they already had the Starbucks light off. Sometimes they don’t say anything but why are they closing so early?

The two bigger ladies that work there in the mornings have a horrible attitude. My mom overheard them speaking Spanish to each other so she spoke to them in Spanish because she doesn't really know English and the lady at the register suddenly didn't know Spanish. We asked for a pup cup another time and they said sorry we don't have whip cream for pup cups, and then topped off the other customers drinks with whip cream.

Do not go to Starbucks off Fulton and Guerneville Rd. In Santa Rosa. This morning I ordered a hot chocolate extra hot with no whip. I get my drink it doesn't feel full so I open it and looks like there is whip cream so I backed up and told the girl at the window there was whip on my drink and my drink was not all the way full. She took my drink then proceeded to tell me it was "foam" so they didn't fill up my drink all the way and used 4 inches of "foam" instead of whip. When I complained about my drink it was like I was wasting their time... I don't normally go to spend 5 bucks on a hot cocoa so when I do it's exciting for me. Way to ruin it Starbucks.... Plus this is not the first time my drink hasn't been full at THIS Starbucks...

Im sorry, but if you cant multi task when youre the only person working. You shouldnt be working here. I waited in line for 15 mins on a very slow day, one person in line in front of me and one person waiting for their drink. You should not be taking an order then taking a long time on the single person. Take the orders as youre waiting for food to heat up and such. Dont work at starbucks if you cant multi task. Ive worked the service industry and I know it can be done. This is just poor customer service and lack of skills on this persons part.
