Rolled tacos, shrimp taco, and Carmen asado nachos we're awesome. The habanero salsa was great. Employees were really nice. Skip the Cajun shrimp. It was over cooked and a little dry.

Maria and the employees are very welcoming and provide good service, Ensenada's Mexican Food has good size portions for the price and the prices are pretty reasonable I love getting my carne asada fries from there.

I didn't want to have to say anything negative about this place, but alas, the negative outweighs the positive here, and usually I am quite generous. The one good thing I will mention is the service from the nice lady who I believe might be one of the owners. I've been here once or twice before and had remembered her. She is very sweet and very good with her customers. But that's where everything went RIGHT. The prices here are a little higher than most places, although the portion sizes are generous, I must say. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito, three rolled tacos and a diet soda. The burrito was one of the saltiest I've ever had. I could barely taste anything else except the saltiness. The rolled tacos did not taste right and had large globs of I think cheese, but I didn't want to try and find out. Overall, they tasted more like marinara sauce than salsa - I guess if someone wants to try an Italian take on rolled tacos this would be decent. Even the diet soda had an odd taste to it, kind of bitter, like Tab used to taste. Maybe it was Tab! My wife had a Chile Relleno Burrito and said it was just okay. We definitely won't be returning. I think my previous experience there was that I thought it was overpriced, but today the food just did not taste right at all. Very sorry to the lady who took my order, because I so wanted to give the place a good review. It would be five stars if she was the only thing about the place I would have reviewed.

Ordered supreme quesadilla. It says on menu I would get beans and rice. Once I got my food and started eating it, they only had put the quesadilla. Also, they put beans and some green sauce inside my quesadilla which I never wanted. Also, the meat is super hard to chew & the meat is too big.

Love this place! I've been able to step out of my comfort zone and try new foods here because everything is soooo good! They offer grub hub and door dash, but we prefer to come in and say hi to Maria. She is always so friendly and happy to see everyone.

They serve stellas and were friendly. However the food was elect down the portions should have been cut smaller and believe it or not I actually got a cut in my mouth from the fish tacos however like I did say they do serve stella artoi 's and were very friendly so I'm going to give them another chance.

This place is so good, between the food and the service. We feel so welcome when we walk in the door. The staff is very friendly, sweet, and personable. The food does take awhile to cook, but we know that we are getting made to order, fresh food. It also allows enough time to be able to sit down and have a beer or delicious margarita while we wait for our to go order. We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant.

The authentic OCTOPUS TACO is out of this world just perfect when u try something different from the old fish taco pair with ur favorite cocktail!!! And goes great along with the theme of decor of this great restaurant Ensenada. OX Mina K

We ordered delivery, but I would say the food was just ok. I ordered my son 3 (guac n cheese only) rolled tacos and asked for it on the side so it won't be soggy by the time it got here. They sent some green runny "sauce" with it. Wasn't salsa, but definitely wasn't guac either (he did not like it!)....some kind of green mixed sauce, so I ended up having to make him our own guac. Idk if they forgot it, or if that's the stuff they use. Also, sent only the white cheese topping (cotija?), no cheddar/Mexican cheese at all. I ordered the Surf & Turf burrito and I was a bit disappointed. It was mostly rice with 4 (a bit underdone) shrimp and a lil bit of carne and sauce. That's it....I'll try a different place next time.
