Great item selection! Great place for little pick me up. Get a haircut (next door) they have an Ulta in the mail so perfect for a tea and go shopping. I usually get a taro milk tea, but naught a passion fruit tea with a milk top and some boba. It was scrumptious! May be my new go to. Service is awesome at least so tea joints and store is clean so we didn't mind waiting. Check it out

I came here a lot of time and I don’t have any problems before but today they’re totally disappointed me.So when I came one person in the front of me ordering and it’s my turn next I’m standing kinda behind but a bit far away from that person and I just look at the menu to see what’s new in the menu and I already know what I wanted for my orders but the cashier just walk to the back after finished the person in the front of me and start making drink and didn’t ask me or pay attention that I wanna order already.So one random guy just cut in the front of me and start ordering and I did mention it’s my turn next but he already finished his order and the cashier didn’t say anything either.And they made mistakes with my husband drink I said no toppings for the slush drink but he still put in wrong order and made it wrong and even it’s 75 cents for extra charge still he didn’t mention at all about it and no sorry when I said it was wrong when I told him. I ordered the Puffle it was cold and hard my baby couldn’t eat it.They remake it but i gotta come back twice because their mistakes and didn’t say anything or do anything to make it up.I felt their customer service today was bad I wouldn’t come back again after today I felt they don’t care about the customers at this point.

This boba place is one of the few spots in the area with the best customer service! Came on a rather busy day but Edwin didn't seem to be bothered and we were greeted with a friendly and fast service. It's hard to find spots with newly made boba but this one definitely does! If you ever visit, Edwin is the man. Will definitely be coming back!

A cute space with so many flavor choices and add ons. It's actually almost hard to order because everything looks so delicious and you'll definitely want to order
11/12/23- I went in at 12:09pm and I ordered 2 Thai Milks. No one was inside. One friendly cashier/maker. It took about 5 minutes to make. Easy and fast. The drinks were delicious. See the photos of the inside of the store.

I first spotted Kung Fu Tea after dining on sushi in the same mini mall. So I went in and saw they had a matcha red bean slush. I'm embarrassed to say that every time I've gone in there, I've ordered the matcha red bean slush. Dang it, I keep saying to myself that I'll try some of their other drinks - there are MANY. But I have found no other tea shop that serves the red beans which I dearly love.
