Consistently GOOD! Always made to order and the food is fresh as can be for fast food. Great customer service and friendly staff. Restaurant is clean and plenty of seating available. I recommend the chicken katsu plate with rice and mac salad or all mac salad. The servings are very generous and the price is fair.
My kids and I stopped at the L&L Santee, CA location this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by this location. All of the L&L's in San Diego that I have been to, are not very clean. The food is always great, but because of the condition of the dining area, we normally just pick up and take our food to-go. The Santee location was very clean and I didn't have any problem staying and enjoying our lunch in this location. On top of that, the staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly....read full review

The food was pretty good. They got my order wrong and gave me the chicken katsu instead of the garlic chicken and the bowl could have had a little more veggies, but it was still good. Cashier was very friendly. I'd go back.
