This is the first restaurant that has actually disappointed me. Ive been upset with places before but this place has become a disappointment. I truly like the place and enjoy the food, but they cannot get an order right to save their lives. I have continued to try this place but 9 out of 10 times I place an order, something is either wrong or missing, especially if ordered off a delivery app. This is not an exaggeration. I'm sad to say I will not be ordering from anymore. I'm tired of spending my money and not receiving items or receiving incorrect items.

So friendly here with a ton of options for any diet or appetite. I had the Vegan Thai Peanut Popper wrap, sweet potato fries, and a green smoothie. Excellent choices. Honestly, a wonderful break from all of the huge fat content & greasy Santee restaurants around here. Highly recommend if you're looking for a much cleaner option that caters to what your body needs & not all the excess calories that it doesn't need!

The place is great! I'm surprised and happy to find they offer so many vegan options! The vegan Thai peanut wrap was delicious and so was the hummus and wrap chips. The service was excellent as well.

We ordered the Chipotle chicken and pesto wrap. The Chipotle wrap was to bland and honestly didn't taste like chipotle. The pesto wrap was overkill in pesto sauce. We tried it and honestly won't be coming back.

I really did not want to give a bad review. I love this place, their wraps are delicious. That said, they keep screwing up my orders. Shame on me for continuing to try again, I guess. My last 4 or 5 orders were missing items, and they can never cook their fries correctly consistently. When they are cooked correctly, they're amazing. Perfectly crispy and delicious. Otherwise, they are underdone or burnt. I've literally had fries that were crunchy because they were raw. I've attached a picture of the burnt and somehow cold fries I received - it baffles me someone would think these are okay to go out the door. I really like this place, but there's only so many chances I'm willing to give. They really need to figure out their consistency. Even if they do, I've already given up.

I'm going to go 2 starts because the food is super good but almost every one of my orders have been messed up. Only one time worked in my favor that they made the wrap a spinach wrap but on another occasion I ordered fries. They sent sweet potatoe fries another time I didn't even get the fries I paid for and now this time they didn't even make the food right by the list of ingredients that they provide. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! Because they clearly don't care there!

Why can't I insert the YASSS GIF here? Customer service is on point! They are so nice and friendly, loved it! For someone that follows vegan and gluten free diets this place is amazing! The vegan buffalo wrap made gluten free is finger lickin good paired with a side of sweet potato fries. My carnivore date had the non-veg non-gluten version to which he gave 2 thumbs up. If you're in a rush I'd suggest ordering ahead. They make everything fresh upon ordering. The wait IS WORTH IT. Gave us time to compile a list of the cute country songs playing overhead. Also note some military, senior, student and plaza employee discounts (some occurring after 3pm though). My new go to in 92071!
Fantastic little joint and the food is absolutely delicious. Customer service is top notch and if you have no idea what to select, you can trust them to make a great choice for you. I had the Buffalo wrap with the fries. The wrap was large and I was unable to finish it which was awesome. Thr taste of the food was phenomenal and the portion size was large. Took the fiance with me who had never been and she gave it three thumbs up. Highly recommend going here.

I don't trust many places when it comes to vegan good. The taste can be disgusting but this was very delicious. I did not expect it to be tasty. It was still warm when I got it which made it all the better! I got the vegan tofu peanut popper wrap. I highly recommend this. I look forward to trying their other items!

I struggle with this review as I have loved this place for sooo long. I know the struggle of COVID and small businesses but I can't keep coming back to an inconsistent place. I feel when they lost the young girl with short hair and glasses about a year ago who used to run the front, it has gone down hill(she was amazing). When the owner is there, she is always attempting to greet everyone and move fast but it's not the same when she is not there. I have a 1 hour lunch and always order 30 minutes before I leave my work and about 80% of the time I am waiting well over 10 minutes plus after my "estimated" ready time. An order placed at 11:40 should never not be ready when you arrive at 12:30. I've also waited so many times just staring at my food to the left while they are busy taking an order or bagging other orders, etc never acknowledging waiting customers because they are scrambling around. It's a stressful wait. First off, if the owner isn't there I am rarely even given a courtesy hello. A hello and I'll be right with you goes a long way. I often just stand there waiting for someone to look up long enough to ask me if I have even been helped. There should be some way to help people who place their orders and pay online separately from the order line BUT when the orders aren't ready on time I'm not sure that is a solution either. The flavors are there, the consistency is not. I went vegan and the veggies and peanut thai sauce is amazing. The consistency of the bowl is not. Some days the brown rice is crunchy, or the bowl is full of oil or the veggies and tofu are almost raw or you get a good amount of sauce or none at all. When I wasn't vegan the BLTA wrap was amazing and the salad bar was great. They have the best crunchy bacon. I showed up today 15 mins after my order ready time. I was never even acknowledge by the young dark haired lady at the counter but a man eventually asked me if I had been helped. I told him my name and he found out my order wasn't ready and offered me water while I wait. He seems to understand a more customer service approach like the owner. I had to wait about 5 mins and the chef apologized for the delay. That was a first and I appreciated that. Sadly, what brought me to finally write this was the bowl was so bland and sad. The tofu tasted like what I assume dog food would be. There was no sauce to even taste and I'm thankful I ordered the extra $.50 side of sauce. For $11.15 it's just not worth the inconsistency. I worked in a restaurant for a couple years and was a store manager for several more. I think a reboot in the process and increase in customer service and customer awareness would go a long way! Best of luck to your restaurant as I know you are a great place and just have a lot of hiccups to work out!

The customer service was decent, the amount of time waiting for my food was decent, but the overall presentation is a little sad. I ordered the vegan veggie (grilled veggies in a wrap) with marinara on the side (which they forgot) The wrap smells amazing and tastes good but it's so juicy and messy, a little hard to eat. The sweet potato fries are very good. I do appreciate the vegan options, and if they can come up with a way to make this wrap less juicy it would make it way better.
